Chess.com blacklisting players for aborting games?

Hi there, Yesterday I was playing some blitz chess starting at a ELO of 1862. I won a few games and got to my highest rating yet of 1888, so my next stop was 1900 ELO which would be a big achievement for me. However I kept getting games where i would only gain +7 if i won, so I aborted a few games to get that +9 game if I won... I ended up losing the game and then I repeated the same process, Aborting games to get that +9. After I did, I lost again and figured it would be okay to stop at around 1890 for the day (My ELO was around 1875 then). So I just played any game I got, However, it would take around 10-15 seconds for a game which is unusual because it usually takes 1-3 seconds to find a game. I found this odd but i kept playing. I ended up losing around 5 games straight dropping my elo to around the 1830's. Also I lost a game up a total queen which is very suspicious. I ended up that day at 1812. I knew I was playing good chess because of me getting to near 1900 but for some reason after I aborted a few games I started to lose a lot causing me to tilt.

My conspiracy theory is that If you abort to many games or get a negative feedback on your account, Chess.com will "Blacklist" you and pair you with players who could be cheating, causing you to lose a bunch of games. This also backs up when I stated how it took 10-15 seconds for me to find a game...
