Who is This Guy

First when my username changed from @theyashchess to @IM_TheYashChess somebody took the @theyashchess username. Then there is @GM_TheYashChess and then there is somebody as @IM_TheYashChess2. Somebody from USA is creating so many accounts and in the same team! I want to know whom!
