Habakkuk 2:1-4

I will stand on my guard post and station myself on the rampart; And i will keep watch to see what HE Will Speak To me, And how i may reply when i am Reproved. Then The LORD Answered me And Said, "Record the Vision and inscribe on tablets, that the one who reads It may run. "For the Vision is yet for The Appointed Time; It Hastens toward The Goal, and It will not fail. Though It tarries, wait for It; For It will certainly Come, It will not delay. "Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; But the Righteous will Live By his faith...

These four verses, just as they were Given to the Prophet Habakkuk, and of course not for himself only but for all to hear, so these Words, as with all Scripture, Speak to us in CHRIST, or are to Speak To us who are in CHRIST JESUS. The Instruction, The Warnings, The Admonitions, and The Promises Of GOD in Scripture are for all who can/will both hear and do, and, come what may, The Promise Is only Received through obedience to The Divine Order of things.

And now that Grace has come, those who shall call upon The Glorious Name Of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, In Truth, are Given the ability to do this, to see to hear to know and obey; The Washing Of Regeneration And Renewing By The Power Of The HOLY SPIRIT ( Titus 3:4-8, 1 Peter 1:2 ), only By Grace through The faith that is in CHRIST JESUS, and by nothing whatsoever of the flesh;

"...to open their eyes so that they may turn from darkness to Light and from the dominion of satan to GOD, in order that they may Receive Forgivness of sins and An Inheritance among those who have been Sanctified By faith in ME." Acts 26:18.

...For i know that nothing good ( of good constitution, of uprightness, of benefit ) dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the wishing ( the will, the intention, the desire, to purpose ) is present in me, but the doing ( to perform, accomplish, to achieve )of the good not. For the good that i wish, i do not do; but i practice ( i do, i commit, i perpetrate, i accomplish ) the very evil ( the baneful; pernicious, destructive, harmful, detrimental wrong doing ) that i do not wish ( will, intend, desire, purpose ). But if i am doing the very thing i do not wish, i am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. I find then The Principle ( by the observance of that which is approved Of GOD ) that evil is present in me ( my flesh ), the one who wishes to do good. For i joyfully concur with The Law Of GOD in the inner man, but i see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against The Law of my mind ( Galatians 5:16-17 ), and making me a prisoner of the law of sin ( making me to wander from The Law; The Divine Orders Of GOD ) which is in my members ( that being my flesh ). Wretched man that i am! WHO Will Set me Free from the body of this death? Thanks be to GOD through JESUS CHRIST our LORD! ( John 1:12-13, Proverbs 29:19, John 15:12-15, John 8:31-36, Galatians 5:18 ) So then, on the one hand i myself with my mind am serving The Law Of GOD, but on the other with my flesh the law of sin... Romans 7:18-25.

Therefore, since CHRIST Has Suffered in the flesh ( Suffered death; Romans 6:10-11 ), arm yourselves also with the same purpose ( death of the deeds of the flesh ), because he who has suffered in the flesh ( he who has died to the flesh ) has ceased from sin, so as to live the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men ( walking according to the flesh ), but for The Will Of GOD ( 2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 )... 1 Peter 4:1-2.

As through the Prophet Spoke From GOD and Written in verse 1 of Habakkuk chapter 2, we in CHRIST are told to always be on our guard post, our watch, to understand what The Will Of The LORD Is, which is this life we live in The LORD JESUS CHRIST, our Firm Foundation In Truth, Empowered By The HOLY SPIRIT; He who dwells in The Shelter Of The MOST HIGH Will abide In The Shadow Of The ALMIGHTY. I will say to The LORD, "My Refuge And my Fortress, my GOD, in WHOM i trust!" For It Is HE WHO Delivers you from the snare of the trapper ( 2 Peter 2:9-19 ), And from the deadly pestilence. HE Will Cover you With HIS Pinions, And Under HIS Wings you may seek Refuge; HIS Faithfulness Is A Shield And A Bulwark... Psalm 91:1-4. But as for me, i shall sing of THY Strength; Yes, i shall joyfully sing of THY Lovingkindness in the morning, For THOU Hast Been my Stronghold, And A Refuge in the day of distress. O my Strength, i will sing praises to THEE; For GOD Is my Stronghold, The GOD WHO Shows me Lovingkindness. Psalm 59:16-17.

Stationed: to 'present oneself'; 'stand firm'; Be on the alert, stand firm in The faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in Love. 1 Corinthians 16:13. to guard; O Timothy, Guard What has been Entrusted To you ( The Divine Ordinances; The Glorious Gospel Of The Blessed GOD ), avoiding worldly empty chatter, the opposing arguments of what is falsely called "knowledge" ( Galatians 1:6-11 )- which some have professed and thus gone astray from The faith. Grace be with you. 1 Timothy 6:20-21 ...Retain The Standard Of Sound Words Which you have heard from me, in The faith And Love Which Are In CHRIST JESUS. Guard through The HOLY SPIRIT WHO Dwells in us, The Treasure Which has been Entrusted To you. 2 Timothy 1:13-14. To present oneself, and remain on/in The Stronghold, The Bulwark, to endure. And to 'keep watch', that we may hear, that we may Live and live to know reproof when reproof may be needed.

There is no one of us who does not need reproof, that is, rebuke, correction, to be chastened by reasoning of Logic Of The Word in their walk. And GOD Can Speak through whomever, and whatever HE Chooses. We do not tell GOD. If HE will Speak to a man with the voice of a man through a donkey ( Numbers 22:28-35 ), then we should be open to hear whoever and whatever GOD may be Speaking directly to us through. Because of pride, arrogance and self-will we shall not discern through who and how GOD may well be Speaking to us, that we may listen to hear, to know and obey. Humility hears.

In humility, when we are walking according to The SPIRIT is when we may hear a word, and the Purpose for which It was Sent. Nevertheless, if a word is Sent From GOD to us, and if we did not hear it, it can only be that we ourselves refused to hear, that we could not hear, and then we shall give an account to HIM, that is, we shall be shown and realise all the whens and whys, and shall Receive the consequences when we stand before The LORD, as we each without exception shall do.

For we must all stand before The Judgement Seat Of CHRIST, that each one may be Recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10. ...WHO Will Render To every man according to his deeds: To those who by perseverance in doing good seek for Glory and honour and Immortality, Eternal Life; but To those who are selfishly ambitious and do not obey The Truth, but obey unrighteousness, Wrath And Indignation, Tribulation And distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek ( Gentile ), but Glory and Honour and Peace To every man who does good, To the Jew first and also To the Greek. For there is no partiality with GOD. For all who have sinned without ( knowledge of )The Law will also perish without ( knowledge of )The Law; and all who have sinned under ( with knowledge of ) The Law Will Be Judged By The Law ( Galatians 5:22-23 ); for not the hearers of The Law are Just before GOD, but the doers of The Law will be Justified ( Romans 3:21-26, James 1:21-27 ). For when Gentiles who do not have The Law do instinctively the things of The Law, these, not having The Law, are a law to themselves ( Jeremiah 31:33-34 ), in that they show the work of The Law Written In their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or defending them ( Hebrews 10:1-25, Colossians 3:1-17 ), on The Day when, according To my Gospel ( John 12:44-50 ), GOD Will Judge the secrets of men through JESUS CHRIST. Romans 2:6-16.

..."And I Say To you, that every careless word that men shall speak, they shall render account for it In The Day Of Judgement. "For by your words you shall be Justified, and by your words you shall be Condemned." ( John 7:17-18, 2 Corinthians 2:17, Colossians 1:24-29, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 1 Peter 4:11 ). Matthew 12:36-37.

Verse 2 of Habakkuk chapter 2, we have The Instruction, The Holy Scriptures Given To us, penned by man, Spoke From GOD, that we may both know and proclaim The Excellencies Of HIM WHO Has Called us, Which is GOD'S Desire for us to speak, for all to know, that is, to understand The Truth and what Is Truth, that none shall perish in ignorance to It.

Then The LORD Answered me And Said, "Record the Vision and inscribe on tablets, that the one who reads It may run.

Verse 3 of Habakkuk chapter 2, The Divine Communication is "Today", and will Consummate at The Revelation Of The LORD JESUS CHRIST, when Grace Culminates. It Is both the here and now and at The Fulness of the Gentiles when at The Last Day shall be revealed the motives of mens hearts, in Justice And Righteousness Of The Truth; GOD'S Truth. No lie is of The Truth and Truth is only in JESUS; and The Truth will not disappoint, that is, those who have believed in The Truth will not be disappointed. Those who have not believed The Truth just as Truth Is In JESUS will be proved to be liars, The Day Will Show it. Though It delays It will not delay, so of what men ought we to be? And who of men will we actually be in the fear of GOD?

"For the Vision is yet for The Appointed Time; It Hastens toward The Goal, and It will not fail. Though It tarries, wait for It; For It will certainly Come, It will not delay.

Verse 4 of Habakkuk chapter 2, herein is of The Truth; the one whose appetite, whose mind, whose living, whose desire, whose passions; being of the man himself, the flesh that is 'lifted up' , bold in the flesh, 'swelled up', heedless, who presumes anything is of and for himself, is not upright before GOD, is not straight before GOD, but crooked, and not pleasing to GOD, is not agreeable in The Way And The Truth And The Life, and is not esteemed right before GOD; this one shall perish, to this one The LORD Shall Speak, "I never knew you. Depart from ME, you who practice lawlessness."

But The just, the Righteous, the lawful, all this being in both conduct and character By Grace through faith; thus Justified, Vindicated By GOD, are those who shall grow in The True Knowledge and thus have Life Eternal; By Grace through faith his standing firm; his steadfastness in CHRIST; his faith in Truth.

For i am not ashamed of The Gospel, for It Is The Power Of GOD For Salvation To everyone who believes, To the Jew first and also To the Greek ( Gentile ). For In It Righteousness Of GOD Is Revealed from faith to faith; As It Is Written, "But the Righteous shall live by faith." Romans 1:16-17.

"Behold, as for the proud one, his soul is not right within him; But the Righteous will Live By his faith...

... "Glory to GOD In The Highest, And on earth Peace among men with whom HE Is Pleased." Luke 2:14.
