"Remember The Sabbath Day To Keep It Holy..."

²⁵And Behold, a certain lawyer stood up and put HIM to the test, saying, "Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?"

²⁶And HE Said to HIM,

"What is written in The Law? How does it read to you?"

²⁷And he answered and said, "You shall love The LORD your GOD with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbour as yourself."

²⁸And HE Said to him,

"You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live."

Luke 10:25-28

(Leviticus 18:1-5, Matthew 19:16-21, Romans 3:18-31, Romans 10:4-13).

Here in Luke chapter ten, the written account of The LORD'S Words in answer to the lawyer (an expert in Mosaic Law), who had asked HIM, "What shall I do to inherit eternal life?"

And answering him, The LORD JESUS MESSIAH'S reply was to ask him two questions:

"What is written in The Law?"

and,

"How does it read to you?"

The Law referred to here by JESUS is The Moral Law; what we know as The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17).

The lawyer then replies and speaks clearly of love being fulfilment of Law; of which, the first Four Commandments are of our relationship with GOD, and the next Six our relationship with the rest of mankind before The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, which not only followers of CHRIST are under, but all of mankind:

¹⁹Now we know that whatever The Law says, it speaks to those who are under The Law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may become accountable to GOD; ²⁰because by the works of The Law no flesh will be Justified In HIS Sight (Romans 8:3-4); for through The Law [comes] the knowledge of sin. Romans 3:19-20

Through The Law comes the knowledge of sin, and now, by Grace through faith in JESUS CHRIST, it is possible that we live to establish Law:

...²⁶that HE might Sanctify her (the church), having Cleansed her by the Washing of Water with The Word, ²⁷that HE might present to HIMSELF the church in all her Glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she should be Holy and blameless. Ephesians 5:26-27 (Galatians 5:22 - 6:10).

And, according to the lawyers reply, The LORD, answering his original question of what shall he do to inherit eternal life, and in light of his answers to HIS two questions, Tells him,

"You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live."

Of The Ten Commandments, with the first Four speaking directly of mankind's personal relationship with The Only True GOD, and the next Six speaking of our relationship with others, which, in obedience to GOD, all Ten echo the Purpose of FATHER GOD In HIS SON and by HIS SPIRIT: The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY; that we now live to establish Law as we could not before, because of the weakness of the flesh; and love is the fulfilment of Law (Romans 13:8-14).

⁷Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from GOD; and everyone who loves is born Of GOD and knows GOD.

⁸The one who does not love does not know GOD, for GOD Is Love.

⁹By this the love Of GOD was Manifested in us, that GOD has Sent HIS Only Begotten SON into the world so that we might live through HIM.

¹⁰In this is love, not that we loved GOD, but that HE loved us and Sent HIS SON [to be] The Propitiation for our sins.

¹¹Beloved, if GOD so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

¹²No one has beheld GOD at any time; if we love one another, GOD Abides in us, and HIS love is Perfected in us.

¹³By this we know that we abide In HIM and HE in us, because HE has Given us of HIS SPIRIT (Romans 8:14-16). 1 John 4:7-13

²For The Law Of The SPIRIT Of Life In CHRIST JESUS has set me free from The Law of sin and death.

³For what The Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, GOD [did]: Sending HIS Own SON in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, HE Condemned sin in the flesh, ⁴in order that the requirement of The Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to The SPIRIT... Romans 8:2-4

...Do we then nullify The Law through faith?

May it never be!

On the contrary, we establish Law. Romans 3:31

...³³"But this is The Covenant which I will Make with the house of Israel after those days," Declares The LORD, "I will Put MY Law within them, and on their heart I will Write It; and I will be their GOD, and they shall be MY people.

³⁴"And they shall not teach again, each man his neighbour and each man his brother, saying, 'Know The LORD,' for they shall all know ME, from the least of them to the greatest of them," Declares The LORD, "For I will Forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will Remember No More." Jeremiah 31:33-34

This is The GOD WHO also Says,

"MY Covenant I Will Not Violate,

Nor Will I Alter The Utterance of MY Lips. Psalm 89:34

And being in agreement with GOD is that we might also say as the Psalmist, David,

I delight to do THY Will, O my GOD; THY Law is within my heart. Psalm 40:8 (Romans 2:28-29, Romans 8:6-8, Romans 7:22, 1 Peter 3:4, 2 Corinthians 4:16, Romans 12:1-2).

Now if we love GOD and keep HIS Commandments (John 14:21-24), rather than being presumptuous according to our fleshly mind - in whatever we will choose to believe as professing followers of JESUS CHRIST, the same two questions which The LORD put to the lawyer is for each and every one of us to discern and know the answers to, in order for us to answer that same question for each ourselves:

'What shall I do to inherit eternal life?'

This can only be according to The Scriptures; by Grace through faith in JESUS CHRIST as both LORD And SAVIOUR over each our lives, the Work of Grace - by The SPIRIT Of Grace: The HOLY SPIRIT (Hebrews 10:26-39).

The LORD JESUS HIMSELF observed The Sabbath as was HIS custom to do (Luke 4:16); and in like manner, as imitators of CHRIST (1 Corinthians 10:31 - 11:1), it was and would always have been with those we read of and from in The New Testament Scriptures with HIS Holy Apostles In The SPIRIT (Acts 17:2), speaking to both Jews and Gentiles (Acts 18:4).

But today and for the most part, professing Christians no longer acknowledge The Sabbath of The LORD thy GOD to keep it Holy as Commanded by The LORD GOD, WHOM they claim their faith is in.

The Sabbath is and has always been the seventh day of the week.

(Genesis 2:1-3, Exodus 20:8-11, Exodus 23:12, Exodus 35:2-3, Leviticus 23:3, Isaiah 58:13-14, Hebrews 4:4-10, Luke 23:56, Mark 2:27-28)

Instead, they choose to have what they determine as 'The LORD'S Day' as their "Sabbath" on a Sunday, which, as The Sabbath is the seventh day of the week and always has been, their choice is the first day of the week.

But Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of HIS Throne (Psalm 97:2).

And although this change is given nowhere in The Holy Scriptures so that it cannot be found in them ordained by GOD, in literally refusing The GOD Breathed Word, many blindly choose to practice and defend it anyway and by what are, when carefully examined by The Scriptures, most tenuous interpretations; a man's doctrine, and corrupting HIS Word.

In doing so, by what is no more or less than man's own doctrine and corrupting The GOD Breathed Word, many will refuse to be instructed by The Word (2 Timothy 3:15 - 4:4), and will put forth Scripture references which they believe state their justification and rightwiseness in the matter, somewhat arrogantly asserting that it is because they are no longer under Law but under Grace. And, furthermore, stating that those who will contradict their own understanding are the ones who are in error, who misunderstand and are corrupting The Word Of GOD.

And they are choosing to do this (it is a choice), despite the fact that the Apostles of our LORD JESUS themselves observed The Sabbath; and who also stated, In The SPIRIT:

¹⁴But Grace be to GOD, WHO always leads us in HIS Triumph In CHRIST, and Manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of HIM in every place.

¹⁵For we are a fragrance of CHRIST to GOD among those who are being Saved and among those who are perishing; ¹⁶to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to Life.

And who is adequate for these things?

¹⁷For we are not like many, peddling (corrupting) The Word Of GOD, but as from sincerity, but as from GOD, we speak In CHRIST in The Sight Of GOD... 2 Corinthians 2:14-17

So what exactly does The Word Of GOD Speak to all in the matter? (which includes to all who refuse The Sabbath as the seventh day in their holding to the first day of the week, Sunday; freely, and thus far at least, without any conviction in their nullifying the Fourth Commandment).

Here, some of the chapters and verses which are quoted by them in their belief in accepting and defending this faith of theirs will be examined, according to what GOD HIMSELF Says, along with HIS Purpose in it, and also with what this means.

It was a man known in history as Constantine the great, who first changed the day from the last day of the week to the first day (7th March A.D. 321)

Constantine, who had turned to Christianity, did this to appease the pagans who worshipped their sun god. And hence is why it was changed to Sunday; the first day of the week.

Then in A.D. 325, Sylvester the bishop of Rome, the first pope (beware of the teachings of the Catholic church, whose doctrine will contradict The Scriptures), officially named Sunday as, 'The LORD'S Day.'

And in A.D. 338, Eusebius, the court bishop of Constantine, wrote,

'All things whatsoever that it was the duty to do on the Sabbath (the seventh day of the week) we (Constantine, Eusebius, and other bishops) have transferred to the LORD'S Day (the first day of the week).'

This is the only reason we are where we are and to this day, over 1,686 years later.

The only place in The New Testament Scriptures where the word, The LORD'S Day is found is in Revelation 1:10,

¹⁰I was In The SPIRIT on The LORD'S Day, and I heard behind me a loud Voice like [the sound] of a trumpet, ¹¹Saying,

"Write in a book what you see, and send [it] to the seven churches: to Ephesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamum and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea."... Revelation 1:10-11

There is no place in Scripture where this term The LORD'S Day is told us it refers to the first day of the week, Sunday.

But rather, and because of The Word Of GOD to us, we should understand The LORD'S Day to be the seventh day of the week - The Sabbath Day.

...²⁷And HE was Saying to them,

"The Sabbath was Made for man, and not man for The Sabbath. ²⁸"Consequently, The SON Of Man Is LORD even of The Sabbath." Mark 2:27-28 (Exodus 20:11, Exodus 31:14-17, Psalm 95)

In accordance with The Working of HIS Might, which The FATHER brought about In CHRIST, when HE Raised HIM from the dead, and Seated HIM at HIS Right Hand in The Heavenly, far Above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in The Age to come, this is JESUS The LORD, WHO is Head Over all to the church, which is HIS Body, The Fulness Of HIM WHO Fills all in all (Ephesians 1:17 - 2:10).

The Pharisees we read of in The New Testament Scriptures denied JESUS, and for many different reasons.

But one of their accusations was that HE did not keep The Sabbath.

And in John chapter nine, we are told, that on The Sabbath, JESUS made the clay and opened the eyes of the man born blind:

...¹⁶Therefore some of the Pharisees were saying, "This Man is not from GOD, because HE does not keep The Sabbath."... John 9:16

Of course, JESUS did not break The Sabbath, but HE kept The Sabbath (Hebrews 4:15), as was HIS Custom (Luke 4:16), but HE broke the Pharisees own rules of The Sabbath Day; which, by their own rules and in doing so, caused themselves to invalidate The Word Of GOD, as was their custom (Luke 13:10-21, John 5:1-30, Mark 7:6-8).

Let us not also invalidate The Word Of GOD for the sake of our traditions, which are no more than handed down to us by mere mortal men, and is not according to GOD.

But instead, let us examine The Scriptures carefully, daily (Acts 17:10-12), that whatever we hear, whatever we are told and by whomever we are told whatever it is we might be told, that we may see to discern what is Of GOD, in order that we might also discern what is not Of HIM.

And in our doing so, that we, as Paul, might say,

⁷I have finished the course, I have kept The faith; ⁸in the future there is laid up for me the crown of Righteousness, which The LORD, The Righteous Judge, will award me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved HIS Appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

A saving faith is in GOD Alone; learned from The FATHER; according to The Teacher; and by HIS SPIRIT (John 6:44-45, John 10:9-11, John 14:6, Romans 15:15-16, 1 Peter 3:18, 1 John 2:23-29, 2 John:9-11, Luke 6:39-40, Matthew 23:8, 2 Corinthians 3:17-18).

Do not trust in so called leaders, in mortal man, in whom there is no Salvation; Psalm 146. 1 John 4:1-6.

That man will now automatically associate Revelation 1:10 with other places in The Scriptures, such as Acts 20:7, and this, to them, ratifies such an amendment; removing the seventh day of the week to put in place the first day of the week, is not given us through instruction of The GOD Breathed Word. It is error.

And in John 20:19, where we are told that on the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the Disciples were gathered, and The Risen LORD JESUS Appeared to them, the context of that passage of Scripture speaks nothing of them being assembled for The Sabbath Day and a time of service. But we are told that it was for fear of the Jews.

In this verse, and according to the preceding verses, we are told, that it was on the first day of the week (see from John 20:1) that Mary Magdalene came early to the tomb where JESUS had been laid, while it was still dark, to see the stone had been taken away from the tomb.

Mary Magdalene saw The Risen LORD and spoke to HIM, and in verse 18 we are told that she came, announcing to the Disciples, "I have seen The LORD" and what HE had Said to her.

Then in verse 19,

When therefore it was evening, on that day, the first [day] of the week, and when the doors were shut where the Disciples were, for fear of the Jews, JESUS Came and stood in their midst, and Saying to them, "Peace [be] with you."...

That it was evening, being the first day of the week simply means it was what we would know today as Saturday evening.

According to GOD and Jewish observance, the 24 hour day is from sunset to sunset.

The moment sunset had come and The Sabbath had ended, it was Sunday evening and, to the Jews of that time, the beginning of the first day of the week, which itself would have ended at the sunset of the first day of the week (and then Monday evening begins) and the second day of the week would have officially begun.

...³¹And GOD Saw all that HE had Made, and behold, it was very good. And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day.

¹Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their hosts.

²And by the seventh day GOD completed HIS Work which HE had done; and HE rested on the seventh day from all HIS Work which HE had done.

³Then GOD Blessed the seventh day and Sanctified It, because in it HE rested from all HIS Work which GOD had Created to Make.  Genesis 1:31 - 2:3

What we have now as times has been changed from what GOD Made; as also has the day of The Sabbath observance changed according to the Fourth Commandment.

Our now living to establish The Law by Grace through faith is according to GOD and is not the same as the first Covenant, no matter how misunderstood many might prove themselves to be of the New and better Covenant.

We still have to be careful to keep HIS Law; now walking by The SPIRIT (Galatians 5:16-18) and not proving disobedient to GOD, yet not by The Letter, though always in agreement with what was engraved on tablets of stone by The Finger Of GOD.

⁵⁰Now I Say this, Brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit The Kingdom Of GOD; nor does the perishable Inherit The Imperishable. 1 Corinthians 15:50

And with what proves to be the case of many professing faith in GOD through JESUS CHRIST today:

...¹And I, Brethren, could not speak to you as to Spiritual men, but as to men of flesh, as to babes In CHRIST.

²I gave you Milk to drink, not Solid Food; for you were not yet able [to receive it]. Indeed, even now you are not yet able, ³for you are still fleshly. For since there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not fleshly, and are you not walking like mere men? 1 Corinthians 3:1-3

But what shall prove to be true, through repentance and The Work of GOD in the heart, of the children Of GOD:

¹Are we beginning to commend ourselves again? Or do we need, as some, letters of commendation to you or from you?

²You are our letter, written in our hearts, known and read by all men; ³being manifested that you are a letter Of CHRIST, cared for by us, written not with ink, but with The SPIRIT Of The Living GOD, not on tablets of stone, but on tablets of human hearts.

⁴And such confidence we have through CHRIST toward GOD.

⁵Not that we are adequate in ourselves to consider anything as [coming] from ourselves, but our adequacy is from GOD, ⁶WHO also Made us adequate servants of a New Covenant, not of The Letter, but Of The SPIRIT; for The Letter kills, but The SPIRIT Gives Life... 2 Corinthians 3:1-6

This is because it is through The HOLY SPIRIT Putting HIS Law into our minds and Writing them upon our hearts (Hebrews 8:7-13).

And accordingly, there shall be none with excuse; because there can be none with excuse and therefore shall be none with excuse, when at their death from this world or at The Revelation Of JESUS CHRIST, Grace culminates and is no more given; but all that remains is either The Grace to be brought to those who have lived by Grace through faith in The SON Of GOD, or Judgement for sin to those who have, in truth, rejected The Sacrifice for sin once for all (1 Peter 1:13-21, Hebrews 9:27 - 10:25).

If we will break the Fourth Commandment and maintain to argue that we may remain as we are, what else will we have been unable to see which, before GOD, required repentance for Forgiveness of sins; The Message of The Gospel?

Will you, by your faithfulness, go to receive Grace and Mercy, or, as The Wrath Of GOD Abides on the sons of disobedience, through your own disobedience in practicing lawlessness (however that lawlessness will be manifested), stand in Judgement for your sin?

(John 5:28-29, Daniel 12:2-3, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14, Matthew 25:31-46, Matthew 7:13-23, Romans 1:28 - 2:16, Romans 14:Romans 16:17-20, 1 Corinthians 9:24 - 10:12, 2 Corinthians 5:1-11, Galatians 1:6-12, Ephesians 4:25 - 5:17, Philippians 3:17-21, Colossians 3:23-25, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8, 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11, 2 Thessalonians 2:13 - 3:2, 1 Timothy 6:3-6, 2 Timothy 2:1-15, 2 Timothy 3:1 - 4:4, Titus 3:9-11, Hebrews 2:1-3, Hebrews 3:7 - 4:2, Hebrews 6:1-8, Hebrews 10:26-39, Hebrews 12:4-15, Hebrews 12:25 - 13:1, James 1:19-27, James 2:8-26, James 3:13 - 4:12, James 5:19-20, 1 Peter 2:1-8, 1 Peter 3:8-12, 1 Peter 4, 2 Peter 1:2-11, 2 Peter 1-3, 3 Peter 3:12-22, 2 Peter 3:8-18, 1 John 2:15-19, 1 John 3:4-12, 1 John 4:1-6, 1 John 5:9-10, 1 John 5:21, 2 John:8-11, 3 John:11, Jude, Revelation 2 & 3): to mention some, though not all, of where we are warned and of what and how we are warned within The Holy Scriptures.

Never listen to any preacher, any teacher, who tells you that you are eternally secure without also telling you of the requirements of The faith and consequence for disobedience to GOD. False teachers and preachers and brethren are many.

The Called are Chosen, because they are faithful; Revelation 17:14, Romans 8:28-30 & verse 38-39, 2 Timothy 2:4-6, Hebrews 3:1-4, 1 Peter 2:9-10.

...³⁹And HE also Spoke a Parable to them:

"A blind man cannot guide a blind man, can he? Will they not both fall into a pit?

⁴⁰"A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher... Luke 6:39-40

Only One is our Teacher; Matthew 23:8, and we are all brothers; Called to be conformed to HIS Image; Romans 8:28-30, 1 John 2:3-7, Luke 12:8-9.

The Wrath Of GOD Abides on the sons of disobedience; Romans 1:18-19, Ephesians 5:6-7, Colossians 3:5-6.

¹⁴"But this I admit to you, that according to The Way which they call a sect I do serve The GOD of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with The Law, and that is Written in the Prophets; ¹⁵having a hope in GOD, which these men cherish themselves, that there shall certainly be a Resurrection of both the Righteous and the wicked.

¹⁶"And in view of this, I also do my best to maintain always a blameless conscience [both] before GOD and before men. Acts 24:14-16

¹Behold, The LORD'S Hand is not so short

That It cannot Save;

Neither is HIS Ear so dull

That It cannot Hear.

²But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your GOD,

And your sins have hidden [HIS] Face from you, so that HE does not Hear.

³For your hands are defiled with blood,

And your fingers with iniquity;

Your lips have spoken falsehood,

Your tongue mutters wickedness.

⁴No one sues Righteously and no one pleads honestly,

They trust in confusion, and speak lies;

They conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity... Isaiah 59:1-4

⁴For from of old they have not heard nor perceived by ear,

Neither has the eye seen A GOD besides THEE,

WHO Acts in behalf of the one who waits for HIM.

⁵THOU Dost Meet with him who rejoices in doing Righteousness,

Who remembers THEE in THY Ways.

Behold, THOU Wast Angry, for we sinned.

[We continued] in them a long time;

And shall we be Saved?

⁶For all of us have become like one who is unclean,

And our righteous deeds are like a filthy garment;

And all of us wither like a leaf,

And our iniquities, like the wind, take us away.

⁷And there is no one who calls on THY Name,

Who arouses himself to take hold of THEE;

For THOU Hast Hidden THY Face from us,

And Hast Delivered us into the power of our iniquities.  Isaiah 64:4-7

And, of The Sabbath Day in particular, GOD Willing, what is written here will help to touch on and show the misunderstanding - to those who will care to read it, leading to repentance that is according to The Will Of GOD - leading to Salvation (2 Corinthians 7:9-11), to those with ears to hear.

And for those who do hear, that their mind will afterward begin to be opened to understand The Scriptures as they did not know to understand before, to living, in truth, to the praise of The Glory of HIS Grace, through JESUS CHRIST our LORD. Amen.

Blessed [be] The GOD And FATHER of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO has Blessed us with every Spiritual Blessing in The Heavenly [places] In CHRIST, ⁴just as HE Chose us In HIM before The Foundation of the world, that we should be Holy and blameless before HIM, in love.

⁵HE Predestined us to Adoption as sons through JESUS CHRIST to HIMSELF, according to the Kind intention of HIS Will, ⁶to the praise of The Glory Of HIS Grace, which HE freely Bestowed on us in The BELOVED (with which HE made us acceptable in The BELOVED)... Ephesians 1:3-6.

The LORD was Pleased for HIS Righteousness' sake to make The Law Great and Glorious. Isaiah 42:21

...¹⁶"Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your FATHER WHO Is In Heaven.

¹⁷"Do not think that I Came to abolish The Law or the Prophets; I did not Come to abolish, but fulfill.

¹⁸"For Truly I Say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass away from The Law, until all is accomplished... Matthew 5:16-18

(This, in Matthew, is also one of the Scriptures misunderstood and consequently misinterpreted in the matter).

...⁹[There will be] tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek, ¹⁰but Glory and honour and peace to every man who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

¹¹For there is no partiality with GOD.

¹²For all who have sinned without The Law will also perish without The Law; and all who have sinned under The Law will be Judged by The Law; ¹³for not the hearers of The Law are just before GOD, but the doers of Law will be Justified (James 1:16-27)

¹⁴For when Gentiles who do not have The Law do instinctively the things of The Law, these, not having Law, are The Law themselves ¹⁵in that they show the work of Law Written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness, and their thoughts alternately accusing or else defending them (1 John 3:18-24), ¹⁶toward The Day when, according to my Gospel, GOD will Judge the secrets of men through CHRIST JESUS...

...²⁸For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly; neither is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh.

²⁹But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that which is of the heart, by The SPIRIT, not by The Letter; and his praise is not from men, but from GOD. Romans 2:9-16 & v 28-29 (Deuteronomy 30:6)

We, as Gentiles, are as a wild olive, Grafted in among the natural branches to become a partaker with them of The Rich Root of The Olive Tree.

And we are instructed not to be arrogant toward the natural branches; but if you are arrogant, remember that it is not you who supports The Root, but The Root Supports you; if you stand by your faith (And the word, "If" introduces a conditional clause).

Some of the natural branches were broken off for their unbelief so that we might be Grafted in, and we are not to be conceited, but fear; for if GOD did not spare the natural branches, neither will HE Spare us.

Behold then The Kindness and Severity Of GOD; to those who fell, Severity, but to you, GOD'S Kindness, if you continue in HIS Kindness; otherwise you also will be Cut Off (Romans 11:15-24, Ephesians 2:11-22).

How can we as followers of JESUS CHRIST choose to disregard one of the Ten Commandments, when The GOD Breathed Word Speaks of all mankind, which of course includes us:

²Or do you not know, Brethren (for I am speaking to those who know The Law), that Law has jurisdiction over a person as long as he lives?... Romans 7:1 (Romans 6:14-16)

And where now, In CHRIST, we might understand,

...¹⁴For we know that The Law Is Spiritual; but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin... Romans 7:14.

The Law is Spiritual; John 6:44-45, Hebrews 8:10-12, Hebrews 10:15-25.

And James, speaking of the Seventh and Sixth Commandments (which are in relation to our dealings with each other before GOD, and to the particular point he is making in his letter, yet also in regards to all of The Commandments, as is shown us in verse 10),

...¹⁰For whoever keeps the whole Law and yet stumbles in one, he has become guilty of all.

¹¹For HE WHO Said, "Do not commit adultery," also Said, "Do not commit murder."

Now if you do not commit adultery, but do commit murder, you have become a transgressor of Law.

¹²So speak and so act as those who are to be Judged by [The] Law of liberty.

¹³For Judgement [will be] Merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgement.

Those who are of The faith are Blessed with Abraham, the believer; who obeyed The LORD and kept HIS Charge, HIS Commandments, HIS Statutes and HIS Laws (Genesis 26:4-5, Galatians 3:5-14).

⁷For GOD has not Called us for the purpose of impurity, but in Sanctification.

⁸Consequently, he who rejects [this] is not rejecting man but GOD WHO Gives HIS HOLY SPIRIT to you. 1 Thessalonians 4:7-8

Whatever we do is the true reflection of what we believe, rather than what we ourselves might speak and state, to claim and declare.

And we are to judge all things with Righteous judgement, considering all that we think, speak and do, because we do not judge according to man but for The LORD WHO is with us when we render Righteous judgement.

So let the fear of The LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for The LORD our GOD will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality (2 Chronicles 19:6-7, Deuteronomy 32:4).

As in water face reflects face, so the heart of man reflects man. Proverbs 27:19

⁹"The heart is more deceitful than all else

And is desperately sick;

Who can understand it?

¹⁰I, The LORD, Search the heart,

I Test the mind,

Even to Give to each man according to his ways,

According to the results of his deeds... Jeremiah 17:9-10

...⁸"And GOD, WHO Knows the heart, Bore Witness to them, Giving them The HOLY SPIRIT, just as HE also did to us; ⁹and HE made no distinction between us and them, Cleansing their hearts by faith... Acts 15:8-9 (Acts 5:32).

The Sabbath Commandment

(which we, along with the other Nine Commandments, are now to live to establish, by Grace through faith; because of The LORD WHO Gives HIS HOLY SPIRIT to you):

⁸"Remember The Sabbath Day to keep it Holy.

⁹"Six days you shall labour and do all your work, ¹⁰but the seventh day is a Sabbath Of The LORD your GOD; you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter, your male or your female servant or your cattle or your sojourner who stays with you.

¹¹"For in six days The LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore The LORD Blessed The Sabbath Day and made it Holy. Exodus 20:8-11 (Exodus 31:13-14, Leviticus 23:3)

Note that The Fourth Commandment is also to 'your sojourner,' or, 'alien, foreigner, stranger;' and not only to the Hebrew.

The Sabbath is the seventh day of each seven day week, and has been since Creation:

²And by the seventh day GOD completed HIS Work which HE had done; and HE rested on the seventh day from all HIS Work which HE had done.

³Then GOD Blessed the seventh day and Sanctified it, because in it HE rested from all HIS Work which GOD had Created to Make. Genesis 2:2-3

Even after The LORD GOD confused the language of the whole earth, and the people were scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth in many languages (Genesis 11:1-9), all still kept a seven day week and as it is to this day. And in many languages, the word for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, is from Shabbât: Sabbath.

In French, Samedi, which comes from the Latin for the day of The Sabbath.

In Albanian, e shtunë

In Hungarian, szombat

In Irish, Dé Sathairn

In Italian, Sabato

In Portuguese, sábado

In Polish, sobota

In Arabic, السبت [alsabt]

In Kurdish, Şemî

In Persian, شنبه [shenbeh]

And before Moses received The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:1-17), of which The Fourth Commandment is to remember The Sabbath Day to keep it Holy, Israel was Given from GOD, along with the manna, the instruction:

²³..."This is what The LORD meant: Tomorrow is a Sabbath observance, a Holy Sabbath to The LORD...

²⁶..."Six days you shall gather it, but on the seventh day, The Sabbath, there will be none."

²⁷And it came about on the seventh day that some of the people went out to gather, but they found none.

²⁸Then The LORD Said to Moses,

"How long do you refuse to keep MY Commandments and MY Laws?

²⁹"See, The LORD has Given you The Sabbath; therefore HE Gives you bread for two days on the sixth day. Remain every man in his place on the seventh day."

³⁰So the people rested on the seventh day. Exodus 16:22-30

We are told in the first of the five books of Torah (Genesis), of Abraham,

⁴"And I Will Multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven, and will give your descendants all these lands; and by your descendants all the nations of the earth shall be Blessed; ⁵because Abraham obeyed ME and kept MY Charge, MY Commandments, MY Statutes and MY Laws." Genesis 26:4-5

And even before Creation, the one known to us as belial, satan, and the devil, was guilty of iniquity; which means being guilty of unrighteousness; and therefore, lawlessness (Ezekiel 28:11-17).

For there to have been lawlessness, there must be Law, as Romans 7:5 & verse 7 makes known to us in this world and of our struggle against sin.

The Apostle Paul tells those In CHRIST of the here and now, that we are made New in order to die to The Law through The Body Of CHRIST, that we might be joined to another, to HIM WHO was Raised from the dead, that we might bear fruit for GOD (Hebrews 9:13-14, Hebrews 10:1-22).

...⁵For while we were in the flesh, the sinful passions, which were by The Law, were at work in the members of our body to bear fruit for death.

⁶But now we have been released from Law, having died to that by which we were bound (Hebrews 10:18-22), so that we serve in Newness of The SPIRIT (and of our spirit; Galatians 5:16-18) and not in oldness of The Letter.

⁷What shall we say then?

Is The Law sin?

May it never be!

On the contrary, I would not have come to know sin except through Law; for I would not have known about coveting if The Law had not said,

"You shall not covet."

⁸But sin, taking opportunity through The Commandment, produced in me coveting of every kind; for apart from Law sin [is] dead... Romans 7:4-8

Apart from Law sin is dead, lifeless, inanimate. But where there is Commandment, sin becomes alive.

Therefore, Law was Given through Moses that the whole world may become accountable to GOD (Romans 3:9-23).

And in the same way, The LORD JESUS CHRIST, Speaking to HIS Disciples of the Pharisees and the Jews who had rejected HIM, Says,

...²²"If I had not Come and Spoken to them, they would not have sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.

²³"He who hates ME hates MY FATHER also (Proverbs 14:2).

²⁴"If I had not done among them The Works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated ME and MY FATHER as well (Romans 2:4).

²⁵"But [they have done this] in order that The Word may be fulfilled that Is Written in their Law,

'They Hated ME Without A Cause.'

²⁶"When The HELPER Comes, WHOM I Will Send to you from The FATHER, [that is] The SPIRIT Of Truth, WHO Proceeds from The FATHER, HE Will Bear Witness of ME, ²⁷and you [will] bear witness also, because you have been with ME from the beginning... John 15:22-27 (Psalm 112, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)

So, there is The Moral Law now; which we establish through faith, and there was Law before Mount Sinai, and there is Law in Heaven, which we know lucifer transgressed and was expelled because of his iniquity.

...¹⁹The LORD has Established HIS Throne In The Heavens;

And HIS Sovereignty Rules over all.

²⁰Bless The LORD, you HIS angels,

Mighty in strength, who perform HIS Word,

Obeying The Voice of HIS Word!

²¹Bless The LORD, all you HIS hosts,

You who serve HIM, doing HIS Will.

²²Bless The LORD, all you works of HIS (Psalm 145:9-13),

In all places of HIS Dominion;

Bless The LORD, O my soul!

Psalm 103:19-22

...'THY Kingdom come.

THY Will be done,

On earth as It is in Heaven...' Matthew 6:10

And Isaiah tells us, that we who are CHRIST'S shall keep The Sabbath in the New Heavens and New earth (in which Righteousness dwells, 2 Peter 3:8-18):

²²"For just as the New Heavens and the New earth

Which I Make will endure before ME," Declares The LORD,

"So your offspring and your name will endure.

²³"And it shall be from new moon to new moon

And from Sabbath to Sabbath,

All mankind will come to bow down before ME," Says The LORD.

²⁴"Then they shall go forth and look on the corpses of men who have transgressed against ME.

For their worm shall not die,

And their fire shall not be quenched;

And they shall be an abhorrence to all mankind." Isaiah 66:22-24

Now to The Scriptures which to this day many stand on in order to put forth in their untaught and unstable ways and, in doing so, distort what GOD has Spoken, who openly and freely refuse the few who will attempt to show them otherwise, even from The GOD Breathed Word; Luke 10:16.

...But to each one is Given the Manifestation Of The SPIRIT for the common good... 1 Corinthians 12:7

⁷The Law of The LORD is blameless, restoring the soul;

The Testimony Of The LORD Is Sure, making wise the simple.

⁸The Precepts Of The LORD Are Right, rejoicing the heart (Romans 7:22-23);

The Commandment Of The LORD Is Pure, enlightening the eyes.

⁹The fear of The LORD is clean, enduring forever;

The Judgements Of The LORD Are True; they are Righteous altogether.

¹⁰They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold;

Sweeter also than honey and the drippings of the honeycomb.

¹¹Moreover, by them THY servant is warned;

In keeping them there is Great Reward.

¹²Who can discern errors? Acquit me of hidden [faults].

¹³Also keep back THY servant from presumptuous [sins];

Let them not rule over me;

Then I shall be acquitted of great transgression.

¹⁴Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart

Be acceptable In THY Sight

O LORD, my ROCK And my REDEEMER. Psalm 19:7-14 (Ephesians 4:11-16)

The Ten Commandments is The Moral Law, the perpetual duty for all mankind; the first Four toward The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, and the next Six, before GOD, being for all mankind toward all mankind: Love is the fulfilment of Law; Luke 10:25-28

The most obvious one, or at least, the one which on first appearance seems the most obvious to many in their misunderstood interpretation, is Colossians 2:13-14 & verses 16-17.

...¹³And when you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, HE Made you alive together with HIM, having Forgiven us all our transgressions, ¹⁴having Cancelled Out the handwriting of debt consisting of decrees against us [and] which was hostile to us; and HE has Taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross...

The handwritten Laws was written by Moses and placed into the side of The Ark (see The Book of Leviticus for the details of these Laws).

These are not The Ten Commandments; The Moral Law, which was Written by The Finger Of GOD on two Tablets of stone; and putting The Testimony inside The Ark; with The Mercy Seat on top of The Ark (Exodus 40:20, Exodus 25:17-22) Romans 10:4-11, Hebrews 10:19-22, Hebrews 3:7 - 4:16, 1 John 2:1-7.

The Handwritten Laws, consisting of decrees against us, is not the same as HIS Commandments which, now In CHRIST, we keep; and in contrast are not burdensome; 1 John 5:1-4, Luke 16:17, Matthew 5:13-20.

...¹⁶Therefore let no one act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day - ¹⁷things which are a [mere] shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to CHRIST...

Food or drink is clearly not the issue here (Matthew 15:7-20, Mark 7:14-23, Acts 10:9-28, 1 Corinthians 6:12-13, Colossians 2:16-23).

Neither Matthew, or Mark, or Luke, or John, or Paul, or Peter, or James, or Titus, or Apollos, or Timothy, or whoever else, mention anywhere to the Brethren in the New Testament Scriptures of no longer observing The Sabbath Day (2 Corinthians 12:18, Philippians 2:19-22. Acts 20:27-35, Romans 4:9-13).

But in truth, they are seen upholding the seventh day as The Sabbath Day.

The things mentioned in Colossians 2:16 are to do with the Civil Laws; dietary and judicial, and the Ceremonial Laws; sacrifices, feast days, etc.

This is made clear further in verse 17, where Paul continues to say - things which are a [mere] shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to CHRIST.

Sabbath days were observed apart from The Sabbath Day of the seventh day of the week.

There were other special Sabbaths which occurred on days other than the regular weekly Sabbath, which Paul must be speaking of in Colossians 2:16, seeing that he himself observed The Sabbath (Acts 17:2-3).

The Law was Given through Moses that the people knew to be Holy, separated to GOD, and not holding to pagan practices and idolatry as those around them.

And this is The Grace Of GOD and HIS Purpose In HIS SON; in the New and better Covenant, for those who have put on the New self who is being Renewed to a true knowledge according to The ONE WHO Created him - in which there is no Gentile and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave and freeman, but CHRIST Is All and in all; to Take Away sins; that we go our way and from now on sin no more, and just as JESUS Said to the woman caught in the act of adultery (John 8:11-12).

And Romans 14:4-6 is also put forth by those refusing The Sabbath observance according to GOD'S Commandment, some even putting forth an accusation of peddling false doctrine to those who do look to maintain The whole Moral Law, according to Grace through faith.

...¹⁹"Whoever then annuls one of the least of these Commandments, and so teaches others, shall be called least in The Kingdom Of Heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches [them], he shall be called great in The Kingdom Of Heaven..." Matthew 5:19 (1 Samuel 2:30, Malachi 2:5-9)

They will determine that the Apostle Paul, stating as he does in Romans 14:5,

'One man regards one day above another, another regards every day [alike]. Let each man be fully convinced in his own mind,' that here is given licence to observe whatever day of the week we want as The Sabbath Day.

Yet nowhere in Paul's letter to all who were Beloved Of GOD in Rome, called Saints, does Paul even mention The Sabbath Day, never mind in chapter 14.

⁶MY people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Because you have rejected knowledge,

I Also Will Reject you from being MY priest.

Since you have forgotten The Law Of your GOD,

I Also Will Forget your children.

⁷The more they multiplied, the more they sinned against ME;

⁸They feed on the sin of MY people,

And direct their desire toward their iniquity.

⁹And it will be, like people, like priest;

So I Will Punish them for their ways,

And Repay them for their deeds. Hosea 4:6-9

All Scripture, whatever is being read, has to be read in its context and in light of all The Word Of GOD, in order  that we might understand according to GOD.

If not, and the food offered up as Spiritual food, which will direct their desire further toward their iniquity, then, in what is held on to, The STONE which the builders rejected has become to them A STONE of stumbling and A ROCK of offense.

To understand what Paul is speaking about in verse 5 of chapter 14 of his letter to the Saints in Rome, and to us, one only needs to read the beginning of that chapter (being mindful of what Paul has just stated toward the end of the preceding chapter, in verses 8-14, and of believers putting on The LORD JESUS CHRIST; WHO HIMSELF Observed The Sabbath Day):

¹Now accept the one who is weak in faith, [but] not for [the purpose of] passing judgement on his opinions.

²One man has faith that he may eat all things, but he who is weak eats vegetables [only].

³Let not him who eats regard with contempt him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats, for GOD has Accepted him...

Clearly then, Paul is speaking of eating and nothing of a Sabbath observance, and as he continues to speak into verse 4,

...⁴Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and stand he will, for The LORD Is Able to make him stand (Jude:24-25, 1 Peter 1:1-5, Hebrews 7:22-28, Romans 8:31-39, John 10:27-30).

Of Romans 14:5-6,

⁵One man regards one day above another, another regards every day [alike]. Let each man be fully convinced in his own mind.

⁶HE who observes the day, observes it for The LORD, and he who eats, does so for The LORD, for he gives thanks to GOD; and he who eats not, for The LORD he does not eat, and gives thanks to GOD...

And again, being mindful of what Paul then goes on to state in Romans 14:7-8, a question which must be considered and answered by everyone professing faith in GOD through JESUS CHRIST, and especially those who stubbornly refuse to acknowledge The Sabbath Day; the seventh day of the week, is:

What does The GOD Breathed Word state of that particular Day, which HE Sanctified and Gave Commandment that it be kept, because it is Holy to The LORD?

...⁷For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; ⁸for if we live, we live for The LORD, or if we die, we die for The LORD; therefore whether we live or die, we are The LORD'S... (Psalm 19:7-11, Psalm 85:8-13)

⁷Do not be deceived, GOD is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.

⁸For the one who sows to his own flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to The SPIRIT shall from The SPIRIT reap eternal life.  Galatians 6:7-8

Nowhere in Romans 14:6 is The Sabbath Day either referred to or spoken of directly. But Paul merely speaks of a day, the Greek word, hemera.

Hemera: a period of natural light (Genesis 1:5), figuratively of a period of opportunity for service (Romans 13:13), one period of alternate light and darkness (Mark 1:13), a period of undefined length marked by certain characteristics (Zechariah 4:10), of perplexity and distress (Obadiah 1:12-13), of prosperity and of adversity (Ecclesiastes 7:14), of trial or testing (Psalm 95:8), of Salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2), of evil (Ephesians 6:13), of Wrath and Revelation of the Judgments of GOD (Romans 2:5), an appointed time (Ephesians 4:30), of the past (Genesis 2:4, Deuteronomy 4:10), of the future (Genesis 2:17, Matthew 24:50), a judgment or doom (Job 18:20), of a time of life (Luke 1:17-18). (W. E. Vine's Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words).

Paul speaks of a day, and is not at all referencing The Sabbath Day; which he himself observed.

And as he continues into verse 7, our spirit should also be the same as Paul's and in all matters pertaining to GOD:

...⁷For not one of us lives for himself, and not one dies for himself; ⁸for if we live, we live for The LORD, or if we die, we die for The LORD; therefore whether we live or die, we are The LORD'S.

⁹For to this end CHRIST died and lived [again], that HE might be LORD both of the dead and of the living.

¹⁰But you, why do you judge your brother? (Matthew 7:1-2, Romans 2:1-3, James 3:1).

Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we shall all stand before The Judgement Seat Of GOD.

¹¹For It Is Written,

"As I Live, Says The LORD, every knee shall bow to ME,

And every tongue shall give praise to GOD."

¹²So then each one of us shall Give account of himself to GOD (Galatians 6:3-5).

¹³Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this - not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother's way… (1 Corinthians 10:31 - 11:1) Romans 14:7-13

Paul is clearly speaking of food, and what one will or will not observe for The LORD in regard to the days he will or will not observe in his doing it, or not (Romans 14:1-3).

Paul is not here speaking of such matters of GOD as some shall interpret him to be stating.

But, In The SPIRIT, he warns us of not judging another because of what he will or will not eat and days he observes or does not observe for The LORD.

And we are warned by The LORD MESSIAH HIMSELF and throughout Scripture, of not judging according to the flesh in any matter (Luke 6:37, Isaiah 66:5, Romans 2:1-11, James 4:11-12), but we are to judge only with Righteous judgement (John 7:24, Deuteronomy 16:18-19, Psalm 94:20-21, Proverbs 17:15, Proverbs 24:23, James 2:1-4 & verse 9).

1 Corinthians 16:1-3 is a passage of Scripture also misunderstood in the matter, where the Apostle Paul was on his way to them and giving instruction, as he says, he also directed the churches of Galatia.

Paul is telling them, on the first day of every week let each one of you put aside and save, as he may prosper, that no collection be made when I come (v 2), which here was for the Saints in Jerusalem.

The Apostle Paul would in no way have told them to do this work on The Sabbath and did not instruct them to do it on the seventh day.

But he is directing them to do this on the first day of every week (which many today practice as their Sabbath day).

And to us this would mean, Sunday; Biblically, sunset Saturday to sunset Sunday, when, the second day of the week would have begun, yet would be evening and dark.

The Sabbath observance of the seventh day is the Fourth of the Ten Commandments, the Fourth of the first Four Commandments of our direct relationship with GOD.

Our changing the day from the seventh to the first day of the week is clearly not from GOD, but is according to man. It is a deception of the enemy; the father of lies.

If we look back in Scripture to see what happens when the Created being directly defies GOD his Creator, it does not go well with him.

King Saul is an obvious example of a man who did such a thing and is given to us in The Scriptures as an example, that we might know not to do the same (1 Corinthians 9:24 - 10:12, Psalm 106, Romans 15:1-8).

Because Saul had rebelled against GOD and was guilty of insubordination in rejecting The Word Of The LORD, GOD then Rejected Saul from being king.

GOD Took from Saul and Gave to David; a man after HIS Own Heart, who would do all HIS Will (Acts 13:20-22).

...³Blessed is he who reads and those who hear The Words of the Prophecy, and heed the things which are Written in it; for the time is near.

John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace, from HIM WHO Is and WHO Was and WHO Is to Come; and from The Seven Spirits Who are before HIS Throne; ⁵and from JESUS CHRIST, The Faithful Witness, The First-Born of the dead, and Ruler of the kings of the earth.

To HIM WHO loves us, and Released us from our sins by HIS Blood, ⁶and HE has Made us [to be] a Kingdom, priests to HIS GOD And FATHER; to HIM [be] The Glory and The Dominion forever and ever. Amen. ... Revelation 1:3-6

The SPIRIT Of The LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from The LORD terrorised him (1 Samuel 16:14).

And when, to us all, GOD Says,

"And their sins and their lawless deeds I Will Remember No More," it speaks only of those whose sins and lawless deeds are no longer ever before HIM as once were, because they are now living to die to sin in order to live to Righteousness (Romans 6:16-18 & v 22-23).

And even though David sinned with Bathsheba, and, in order to cover his sin worked it so that her husband would be killed, David was Forgiven his sin as Saul did not find forgiveness in his (Psalm 51).

We know, because we are told clearly and throughout Scripture, that there is no partiality with GOD (2 Chronicles 19:6-7, Romans 2).

But it was Saul's sin before GOD.

Rebellion is as practising divination, and to push arrogance and presumption as Saul did, is as iniquity and idolatry (1 Samuel 15:23).

Even in view of his sin, Saul's response was merely to ask Samuel to pardon his sin and to return with him, that he may worship The LORD; even though he had rejected The Word Of The LORD, fearing the people and listening to their voice; rather than fearing The LORD and listening to HIM (1 Samuel 15:24-25).

Saul did not have a heart after GOD'S Own Heart, and he did not know repentance as repentance according to GOD should be and is and as it was with David; and as it should also be with us.

Saul feared the people and not GOD, and he did not listen to HIM to take heed of HIS Word:

(Titus 3:8, Ephesians 5:11, 1 Timothy 5:21-22, Psalm 69:9, Psalm 119:137-140, Revelation 3:19-22, 2 Corinthians 13:7-8, Romans 14:17-19, 2 Timothy 2:6-16).

For all In CHRIST, being a believer in GOD means that we are persuaded by GOD, that our confidence is in GOD Alone, that HE is our trust; our sole reliance.

It is this, rather than claiming to believe and there being no outward showing of what truly constitutes faith in GOD; GOD'S Grace; both to us and in us, to HIS Grace being recognised through us, according to all HIS Word and The Commandment; Luke 6:27-40.

This always becomes apparent whenever The Word Of GOD is rejected and conduct proves contrary to JESUS CHRIST and The GOD Breathed Word, yet with no conviction leading to repentance nor any urgency to examine The Scriptures carefully to see whether the things put forth and believed are Of GOD, or not.

Again, is there any other of the Ten Commandments Written by The Finger Of GOD which a Christian believes he or she can disregard and still be right before HIM?

James tells us of the Moral Law, that whoever keeps the whole Law and yet stumbles in one, he has become guilty of all (James 2:10-12).

False doctrines will and do teach many that they can, stating to those who will listen to them that their Salvation is secure, whilst failing to speak according to The Word Of GOD of the warnings and examples of disobedience contained therein; because they do not hear them.

Consequently, they are distorting The Scriptures in their untaught and unstable ways, which, and apart from repentance, shall be to their own destruction (2 Thessalonians 1:6-12, 2 Peter 3:7-18).

This is the good reason why we are solemnly warned against false prophets, false teachers, and all false doctrine.

GOD never Speaks an empty Word.

The Word Of GOD declares to all that we are born from Above, not of seed which is perishable but Imperishable; that is, through The Living and Abiding Word Of GOD (1 Peter 1:23 - 2:10).

The Word Of GOD Tells us that The SPIRIT HIMSELF Bears Witness with our spirit that we are children Of GOD: Romans 8:16-17 & v 23, 2 Corinthians 5:1-11, Ephesians 1:3-14, Ephesians 4:29 - 5:2, 1 John 4:12-13.

...¹⁵"And the [seed] in the good soil, these are the ones who have heard The Word in an honest and good heart, and hold it fast, and bear fruit with perseverance.

¹⁶"Now no one after lighting a lamp covers it over with a container, or puts it under a bed; but he puts it on a lampstand, in order that those who come in may see the light.

¹⁷"For nothing is hidden that shall not become evident, nor [anything] secret that shall not be known and come to light.

¹⁸"Therefore take care how you listen; for whoever has, to him shall [more] be Given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has shall be Taken Away from him...

...²¹"MY mother and MY brothers are these who hear The Word Of GOD and do it." Luke 8:15-18 & verse 21

None can dispute that Grace and Law go hand in hand.

But if any will dispute it, then clearly, to those with ears to hear, they are without understanding.

Noah found Grace in The Eyes Of The LORD (Genesis 6:8), though the Mosaic Law was some 1,600+ years future from when Noah found Grace in The Eyes Of The LORD.

We are told that Abraham obeyed The Voice of The LORD, keeping HIS Charge, HIS Commandments, HIS Statutes and HIS Laws (Genesis 26:4-5), though The Law through Moses was not yet and still hundreds of years future from Abraham.

Now to us in The New and better Covenant, our not being under Law but under Grace in no way invalidates The Law, as Paul makes clear in his letter to the Saints in Rome of around A.D 58.

And in The Foreknowledge Of GOD, this knowledge is for all of us to know, since that time, til now and is to the day of eternity.

In The New Covenant Grace is Given that we may now establish Law through faith; because of GOD'S MESSIAH; JESUS our LORD and HIS SPIRIT WHO Indwells us.

In being carnally minded in whatever we will think and speak and choose to do, we are never agreeable with GOD, because our fleshly mind does not subject itself to The Law Of GOD, because it is not even able to do so (Romans 8:5-8).

But those who belong to CHRIST JESUS; who are being Built together into a dwelling Of GOD In The SPIRIT (if indeed The SPIRIT Of GOD dwells in you); having The SPIRIT Of CHRIST and therefore now The Mind Of CHRIST (1 Corinthians 2:10-16), they, because of the flesh, will still know to struggle with the flesh in their striving against sin (Romans 7:14-25).

But, even so, it is by The Grace Of GOD that we may overcome, and it is GOD'S Purpose In HIS SON that we do (Hebrews 10:19-39).

...³Or do you not know that all of us who have been Baptised into CHRIST JESUS have been Baptised into HIS death?

⁴Therefore we have been buried with HIM through Baptism into death, in order that as CHRIST was Raised from the dead through The Glory Of The FATHER, so we too might walk in Newness of life.

⁵For if we have become united with [HIM] in the likeness of HIS death, certainly we shall be also [in the likeness] Of HIS Resurrection... Romans 6:3-5

This means, those who belong to CHRIST will no longer refuse The Word Of GOD; but shall know repentance without regret - wherever and whenever repentance, according to GOD is required - leading to Salvation (2 Corinthians 7:9-11); because of The SPIRIT WHO Indwells them (Romans 7:22 - 8:4).

⁸"And HE, when HE Comes, will Convict the world concerning sin, and Righteousness, and Judgement; ⁹concerning sin, because they do not believe in ME; ¹⁰And concerning Righteousness, because I go to The FATHER, and you no longer behold ME; ¹¹and concerning Judgement, because the ruler of this world has been Judged... John 16:8-11

⁶³"It is The SPIRIT WHO Gives life; the flesh profits nothing; The Words that I have Spoken to you are Spirit and are life.

⁶⁴"But there are some of you who do not believe." John 6:63-64

If we refuse The Word Of GOD and therefore deny HIM - and consequently prove ourselves to be of those who still live according to the flesh; still practicing any of the deeds of the flesh; Galatians 5:19-21, then we must die, which means we will die eternally; Romans 8:12-14 - being apart from repentance and counted as unbelievers (Matthew 18:15-18, John 15:22, 2 Corinthians 6:14 - 7:1).

But those who are according to GOD; who do not receive The Grace Of GOD in vain; 2 Corinthians 6:1-10, they shall prove, by the testimony of their conscience, to being as the Apostle Paul writes, In The SPIRIT, both of himself and those who are with him; who are, in truth, partakers of Grace.

As our LORD JESUS CHRIST Says,

"You will know them by their fruits"; whether this proves good or bad:

¹⁷Now The LORD Is The SPIRIT; and where The SPIRIT Of The LORD is, is liberty.

¹⁸But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror The Glory Of The LORD, are being transformed into the same Image from glory to Glory, just as from The LORD, The SPIRIT.

¹Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we received Mercy, we do not lose heart, ²but we have renounced the things hidden because of shame, not walking in craftiness or adulterating The Word Of GOD, but by The Manifestation of truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in The Sight Of GOD (1 John 3:18-24).

³And even if our Gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, ⁴in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that they might not see The Light of The Gospel of The Glory Of CHRIST, WHO Is The Image of GOD.

⁵For we do not preach ourselves but CHRIST JESUS as LORD, and ourselves as your bond-servants for JESUS' sake.

⁶For GOD, WHO Said, "Light Shall Shine Out of Darkness," is The ONE WHO has Shone in our hearts to Give The Light of the knowledge of The Glory Of GOD in The Face Of CHRIST.

⁷But we have this Treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassing Greatness of The Power may be Of GOD and not from ourselves... 2 Corinthians 3:17 - 4:7

Therefore, it is according to GOD; HIS Word; a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, and by HIS SPIRIT.

Love is the fulfilment of Law: And you shall love The LORD your GOD with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbour as yourself.

The church cannot discard The Fourth Commandment when she ought to know that nothing can be lost from The Moral Law in order for her to be living to establish the whole Law through faith; and it is The HOLY SPIRIT WHO will Puts HIS Law within them, and on the heart HE will Write It; and HE will be their GOD, and they shall be HIS people (Jeremiah 31:33-34); and this is the Purpose Of GOD In HIS SON for us all; in order that we might know HIM (John 17:3).

"GOD is not a man, that HE should lie,

Nor a son of man, that HE should repent;

Has HE Said, and will HE not Do it?

Or has HE Spoken, and will HE not Make it Good? Numbers 23:19

¹⁵And The HOLY SPIRIT also Bears Witness to us; for after Saying,

¹⁶"This Is The Covenant That I Will Make With Them

After Those Days, Says The LORD:

I Will Put MY Laws Upon Their Heart,

And Upon Their Mind I Will Write Them."

[HE then Says],

¹⁷"And Their Sins And Their Lawless Deeds

I Will Remember No More."

¹⁸Now where there is Forgiveness of these things, there is no longer [any] offering for sin... Hebrews 10:15-18

⁸"Or what woman, if she has ten silver coins and loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it?

⁹"And when she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbours, saying, 'Rejoice with me, for I have found the coin which I had lost!'

¹⁰"In the same way, I Tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels Of GOD over one sinner who repents." Luke 15:8-10

"Repent, for The Kingdom Of Heaven Is at hand."

...⁸O Ephraim, what more have I to do with idols?

It Is I WHO Answer and Look After you.

I AM like a Luxuriant Cypress;

From ME Comes your fruit.

⁹Whoever is wise, let him understand these things;

[Whoever] is discerning, let him know them.

For The Ways Of The LORD Are Right,

And the Righteous will walk in them,

But transgressors will stumble in them. Hosea 14:8-9

"Glory to GOD In The Highest, and on earth peace among men with whom HE Is Pleased."
