'Seek ME That You May Live': Part Three

..."If any man is thirsty, let him come to ME and drink. "He who believes in ME, as The Scripture Said, 'From his inner most being shall flow Rivers Of Living Water.'" But this HE Spoke of The SPIRIT, WHOM those who believed in HIM were to Receive... John 7:37b-39b.

Those who thirst and hunger for Righteousness may only be satisfied in coming to The LORD JESUS CHRIST, in that we believe in HIM, taking up our cross, dying to the flesh, the day by day renewing of our inner man that we may be conformed to HIS Image, even desiring this;

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is The Kingdom Of Heaven.

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be Comforted.

"Blessed are the gentle ( humble, meek ), for they shall Inherit the earth.

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for Righteousness, for they shall be Satisfied.

"Blessed are the merciful, for they shall Receive Mercy.

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see GOD.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons Of GOD.

"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of Righteousness, for theirs is The Kingdom Of Heaven.

"Blessed are you when men cast insults at you, and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, on account of ME. "Rejoice, and be glad, for your Reward In Heaven Is Great, for so they persecuted the Prophets who were before you... Matthew 5:3-12.

In coming to HIM, then it is we shall drink; Receive what nourishes and strengthens; that which benefits the soul to Eternal Life. Thus we assimilate; we shall bear The Fruit Of The HOLY SPIRIT; we shall bear The Image of The Heavenly;

As is the earthy, so also are those who are earthy; and as Is The Heavenly, so also are those who are Heavenly. And just as we have borne the image of the earthy, let us also bear The Image Of The Heavenly. Now i say this, Brethren, that flesh and blood cannot Inherit The Kingdom Of GOD; nor does the perishable Inherit The Imperishable... 1 Corinthians 15:48-50.

Assimilate: to learn and understand thoroughly; to absorb; to become absorbed or learned and understood; to become or cause to become similar; to be changed into another under the influence of one adjacent to it; to make one thing like another.

Beloved, now we are children Of GOD, and it has not appeared as yet what we shall be. We know that, when HE Appears, we shall be like HIM, because we shall see HIM just as HE Is. And everyone who has This Hope on HIM purifies himself, just as HE Is Pure... 1 John 3:2-3.

By this we know that we abide In HIM and HE in us, because HE Has Given us Of HIS SPIRIT... ...By this, love is Perfected with us, that we may have confidence in The Day Of Judgement; because as HE Is, so also are we in this world. 1 John 4:13 & v17.

We cannot deem ourselves to be as HE Is if we will both speak and act contrary to HIM. When we will speak and act contrary to JESUS CHRIST then we do not stand in The Truth. Whatever is contrary to JESUS CHRIST is not of The faith and means that apart from repentance we do not have faith to The Preserving of the soul.

We must as servants, with the mind of a servant, grasp that any will not know HIM WHO Is Calling nor is it that they may hope to know what is Of GOD In Truth until they may begin to see JESUS CHRIST, however The LORD May Choose To Reveal HIMSELF to that one, or indeed through whomever HE Will Choose to Reveal HIMSELF to one who as yet does not know HIM. Just as it is has been for us all. We all, without exception, are sinners, wretches Saved By Grace through faith.

So what are we to speak? What are we to preach? What is to be our example not only to the world but to each another? What are we to use this precious time for?

The Word Of The faith: ...But what does It Say? "The Word Is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" - that is, The Word Of faith Which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth JESUS As LORD, and believe in your heart that GOD Raised HIM From the dead, you shall be Saved; for with the heart man believes resulting in Righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in Salvation. For The Scripture Says, "Whoever believes In HIM will not be disappointed."... Romans 10:8-11.

This is The Word Of The faith Which we are to preach; believing in The SON Of GOD; The Glorious Gospel Of The Blessed GOD, not being disobedient; so that we may indeed be Conformed To HIS Image; that we may share HIS Holiness. And this only comes, is only manifested in us By GOD through faith.

Nothing else matters. Nothing else is of any true worth. Nothing else holds consequence for both this life and the next, but sin and Truth. Whatever else there may be, for all it is it cannot speak as The Word Of The faith Speaks, to those who have ears to hear;

"...What does straw have in common with grain?" Declares The LORD. "Is not MY Word Like Fire?" Declares The LORD, "And Like A Hammer Which Shatters rock?..." Jeremiah 23:28b-29.

Straw shall burn. But grain, planted in good soil, will produce crops, ...and as they grew up and increased, they yielded a crop and produced thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold." "And HE Was Saying, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear." ( Mark 4:1-34 ).

...For there is nodistinction between Jew and Greek ( Gentile ); for The Same Is LORD Of All, Abounding In Riches For all who call upon HIM; for "Whoever will call upon The Name Of The LORD will be Saved."... Romans 10:12-13.

It Is GOD Alone WHO Will Show the things hidden in the darkness; From HIM Alone Comes All Wisdom, Knowledge, Learning, Understanding. From GOD Alone Comes our strength, HIS Power, HIS Guidance, so that we may not continually stumble and stray from The Narrow Path, walking according to the flesh, turning aside to fruitless things, the elementary principles of the world, the wisdom of men; all that is of no benefit in Spiritual matters.

It Is CHRIST In us Alone By WHOM we can do all things. 'I can do all things through HIM WHO Strengthens me.' Philippians 4:13. Whilst living apart from HIM we can do absolutely nothing in matters pertaining to GOD and for the purpose of godliness ( John 15 ). Faith in HIM means we will believe in HIM, and to believe in HIM means that we shall live and desire to live by HIS Example only. This means obedience of faith. Nothing short of it. When we shall bicker with one another, when we shall speak from ourselves, when we shall walk according to the flesh, we are not living according to The faith.

So then, our example, our words to any, have very real consequence, both for them who both see and hear us and for us as well. To live by faith we preach ( we live ) JESUS CHRIST and HIM crucified. Anything else does not hold The Message Of The Gospel. If our example as Christians is nothing of JESUS CHRIST then who will believe in HIM through our example given? How may we be used by The MASTER to save souls, to further HIS Kingdom?

...How then shall they call upon HIM in WHOM they have not believed? And how shall they believe in HIM WHOM they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? Just as It Is Written, " How beautiful are the feet of those who bring Glad Tidings Of Good Things!"... Romans 10:14-15.

And JESUS was going about all the cities and the villages, Teaching in their synagogues, and Proclaiming The Gospel Of The Kingdom, and Healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness. And seeing the multitudes, HE Felt Compassion for them, because they were distressed and downcast like sheep without a shepherd. Then HE Saying To HIS Disciples, "The Harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. "Therefore beseech The LORD Of The Harvest to Send Out workers into HIS Harvest." And having Summoned HIS twelve Disciples, HE Gave them Authority over unclean spirits, to Cast them Out, and to Heal every kind of disease and every kind of sickness. Matthew 9:35 - 10:1.

For all to hear The Susurrant Voice Of The SAVIOUR in all our living, this must be our desire. Even without words, by our actions that they may hear The Whispering Of HIS Voice Calling To them, 'I Came that you might have Life, and have it abundantly', 'Believe in ME'.

Walking According To The SPIRIT; GOD Speaking through us, this is when we shall shine as a light in the darkness, and by no other means.

The LORD, HE Is GOD, And To us who believe, HE Is All Insight Into All Truth, and In HIS Sight we all are; whether we are known by GOD; because we love HIM and keep HIS Commandments, or the sinner as yet unknown By GOD, though still known of By HIM.

Knowledge makes arrogant, but Love edifies. If anyone supposes that he knows anything, he has not yet known as he ought to know; but if anyone loves GOD, he is known By HIM. 1 Corinthians 8:1b-2.

..."He who has MY Commandments and keeps Them, he it is who loves ME; and he who loves ME Shall Be Loved By MY FATHER, and I Will Love him, and will Disclose MYSELF To him." Judas ( not Iscariot ) said to HIM, "LORD, what then has happend that YOU are going to Disclose YOURSELF To us, and not to the world?" JESUS Answered and Said To him, "If anyone loves ME, he will keep MY Word; and MY FATHER Will Love him, and WE Will Come To him, and Make our Abode With him. "He who does not love ME does not keep MY Words; and The Word Which you hear is not MINE, but The FATHER'S WHO Sent ME... John 14:21-24.

It is by his deeds that a lad distinguishes himself if his conduct is pure and right. Proverbs 20:11.

There are no hiding places where we may go to so The LORD GOD cannot See all we will do, all we shall speak, whoever we are. And HE Sees even the depths of our hearts; every thought and intention. We may hide it from one another, or think that we are hiding it from others, but it is not hidden from GOD. Nothing can be;

O LORD, THOU Hast Searched me And Known. THOU Dost Know when i sit down and when i rise up; THOU Dost Understand my thought From Afar. THOU Dost Scrutinize my path and my laying down, And Art Intimately Acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O LORD, THOU Dost Know it all. THOU Hast Enclosed me behind and before, And Laid THY Hand Upon me. Knowledge Is Too Wonderful for me; It Is High, i cannot attain to It.

Where can i go from THY SPIRIT? Or where can i flee from THY Presence? If i ascend to Heaven, THOU Art There; If i make my bed in Sheol, behold, THOU Art there. If i take the wings of the dawn, If i dwell in the remotest part of the sea, Even there THY Hand Will Lead me, And THY Right Hand Will Lay Hold of me. If i say, "Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, And the light around me will be night," Even the darkness is not dark To THEE, And the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike... Psalm 139:1-12.

When we will begin to acknowledge this, being ever mindful of this Truth; and believing, living By HIS Grace through The faith that is in CHRIST JESUS ( Romans 6 ), then we shall begin to be able to truly see to understand The Mystery Hidden, Which GOD Predestined before the ages to our Glory: CHRIST in us; The Hope Of Glory;

...But By HIS Doing you are In CHRIST JESUS, WHO Became To us Wisdom From GOD, And Righteousness And Sanctification, And Redemption, that, just as It Is Written, "Let him who boasts, boast in The LORD." 1 Corinthians 1:30-31.

"The GOD WHO Made the world and all things in it, since HE Is LORD Of Heaven And earth, does not Dwell in temples made with hands; neither is HE served by human hands, as though HE needed anything, since HE HIMSELF Gives To all life and breath and all things; and HE Made from one, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having Determined Appointed Times, and the boundaries of their habitation, that they should seek GOD, if perhaps they might grope for HIM and find HIM, though HE is not far from each one of us; for In HIM we live and move and exist, even as some of your poets have said, 'For we also are HIS offspring.'

Being then the offspring of GOD, we ought not to think that The Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and thought of man.

"Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, GOD Is Now Declaring To men that all everywhere should repent, because HE Has Fixed A Day In Which HE Will Judge the world In Righteousness Through A Man WHOM HE Has Appointed, Having Furnished Proof To all men By Raising HIM from the dead." Acts 17:24-31
