Who are you, O man, who answers back to GOD?
The other morning I opened to and began to read from John 8:54.
Just as The LORD JESUS Speaks, it is supposed to be the same for us.
It is supposed to be, but it is not.
If we glorify ourselves our glory is nothing.
It is GOD WHO does this, exalts us, shows us to be true, yet in humility we continue our walk, according to HIS Purpose.
Reading on and John 9:16 spoke to me too, that there was division, because in the Pharisees own understanding of what keeping the Sabbath meant to them, they were openly refusing JESUS to this man who had just been Healed By HIM of his blindness.
Very sadly it is like this in the Church today.
People who profess to believe in GOD openly glorify themselves, justifying themselves, justifying the teaching they will follow, and in their blindness to The Truth they are causing division in The Church Which GOD Purchased With HIS Own Blood, because they claim to follow GOD, yet walk merely in and by their own understanding and interpretations of Spiritual matters.
Yet it is supposed to be for us just as JESUS Said of HIMSELF,
"It Is MY FATHER WHO Glorifies ME, Of WHOM you say, 'HE Is our GOD.'
Our LORD JESUS Warns us all, Written in Luke 12, beginning with warning,
"Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
"But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed and hidden that will not be known.
"Accordingly, whatever you have said in the dark shall be heard in the light and whatever you have whispered in the inner rooms shall be proclaimed upon the house tops.
"And I Say To you, MY friends (John 15:14), do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that have no more that they can do.
"But I Will Warn you WHOM to fear; fear The ONE WHO after HE has Killed Has Authority To Cast into Hell; yes, I Tell you, fear HIM... Luke 12:1-5.
We cannot hide anything from GOD (Job 34:21-23) and we are warned, throughout Scripture, of how we actually do walk, all the days we sojourn here on earth.
Paul writes in his letter to the Beloved in Rome, and in The Foreknowledge Of GOD to us also,
...And do you suppose this, O man, when you pass judgement upon those who practice such things (See Romans 1:18-32) and do the same, that you will escape The Judgement Of GOD?
Or do you think lightly of The Riches Of HIS Kindness And Forebearance And Patience, not knowing that The Kindness Of GOD Leads you to repentance?
But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up Wrath for yourself in The Day Of Wrath And Revelation Of The Righteous Judgement Of GOD, WHO Will Render To every man according to his deeds; To those who by perseverance in doing good seek for Glory and Honour and Immortality, Eternal Life; but those who are selfishly ambitious and do not obey The Truth, but obey unrighteousness, Wrath And Indignation.
Tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek (Gentile), but Glory and Honour and Peace To every man who does good, To the Jew first and also To the Greek.
For there is no partiality with GOD...
Romans 2:1-16 (v3-11).
For from of old they have not heard nor perceived by ear neither has the eye seen A GOD besides THEE, WHO Acts In Behalf of the one who waits for HIM.
THOU Dost Meet him who delights in doing Righteousness, who remembers THEE in THY Ways... Isaiah 64:4-5a
...for not the hearers of The Law are just before GOD, but the doers of The Law will be Justified. Romans 2:13. (Romans 3:31).
Some of the false teachings believed on by many determine that our Salvation is already accomplished by GOD and by us.
But it is not yet obtained by us. On this GOD'S Word is absolutely Clear.
Our LORD JESUS CHRIST Abolished death and Brought Life and Immortality To Light Through The Gospel (2 Timothy 1:7-11), but ours is to live to know GOD in this life (John 17:3); obeying The Gospel Of our LORD JESUS, walking In HIM and HE in us, that we may truly follow in HIS Steps. 1 John 2:1-7.
"Behold, GOD Is my Salvation,
I will trust and not be afraid; for The LORD GOD Is my Strength And Song And HE Has Become my Salvation.
Isaiah 12 (v2).
"HE Is The Stone Which was rejected by you, the builders, Which Became The Very Corner Stone.
"And there is Salvation in no one else; for there is no other Name under Heaven that has been Given among men, By Which we must be Saved." Acts 4:11-12.
It is a constant all the days of our lives.
Our obedience in The Gospel Is The Power Of GOD For Salvation To everyone who believes, because through our obedience, By HIS SPIRIT (John 14:16-18, Romans 8:12-17) we die to sin to live to Righteousness; being of The faith we grow; from faith and living towards faith. Protected By The Power Of GOD through that faith: 1 Peter 1:4-5.
For I am not ashamed of The Gospel, for It Is The Power Of GOD For Salvation To everyone who believes, To the Jew first and also To the Greek (Gentile).
For In It Righteousness Of GOD Is Revealed from faith to faith; as It Is Written, "But the Righteous shall live by faith." Romans 1:16-17
...And this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for you to awaken from your sleep; for now Salvation is nearer to us than when we believed.
The night is almost gone and the day is at hand.
Let us therefore lay aside the deeds of darkness and put on The Armor Of Light.
Let us behave properly as in the day, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and sensuality, not in strife and jealousy.
But put on The LORD JESUS CHRIST and make no provision for the flesh in regard to lusts.
Romans 13:8-14 (v11-14).
But since we are of the day, let us be self-controlled, having put on The Breast Plate of faith and love and as a helmet, The Hope Of Salvation.
For GOD has not destined us for Wrath, but for Obtaining Salvation Through our LORD JESUS CHRIST, WHO Died For us...
1 Thessalonians 5:1-11 (v8-9a)
But we should always give thanks to GOD for you, Brethren Beloved By The LORD, because GOD Has Chosen you from the beginning for Salvation Through Sanctification By The SPIRIT And faith in The Truth.
And it was for This HE Called you Through our Gospel, that you may Gain The Glory Of our LORD JESUS CHRIST.
So then, Brethren, stand firm and hold to the traditions Which you were taught, whether by word or by letter from us...
2 Thessalonians 2:13-15.
What many who follow false teachings, (whether that be calvinism, once saved always saved, eternal security, and whatever else there is being contrary to Sound Words, those Of our LORD JESUS CHRIST And The Doctrine Conforming to Godliness), fail to understand, is that In CHRIST we have Redemption Through HIS Blood, the Forgiveness of our trespasses, according to The Riches Of HIS Grace (Ephesians 1:7), and we enter into This Grace and remain standing in This Grace through faith alone; from the day we first believed and were born again; fleshly to Spiritual (Romans 5:1-5). Hebrews 10:29.
We cannot receive The Grace Of GOD in vain, (2 Corinthians 6:1-10) in our looking to uphold that which is not Of GOD, being that which contradicts HIS Word To us (1 Peter 2:6-8).
If anything believed on and held to which contradicts GOD'S Word in Its True Interpretation; according to GOD, then it shall prove to be of no benefit to the one who has blindly followed it and has lived blindly refusing The GOD they claimed faith in.
For in this refusal they have refused HIS Sanctifying Work: The Sanctifying Work Of The HOLY SPIRIT WHO Is Given To us as A Pledge Of The Inheritance.
Many false teachings in their doctrines fail to accomodate those who fall away.
Some will even refuse, because of their false doctrine held to, believing of themselves that it is impossible for them to forfeit their Salvation; for them to fall away.
But in this, they cannot see that in their belief they are actually refusing GOD in the first place and that in all their living, all their preaching, it amounts to nought but death.
They are of those who, having once believed on the day they first believed and since that beginning, they have fallen away from The Truth and look to teach others in their way also.
And then this Scripture, Luke 11:52, becomes true of them,
"Woe to you lawyers!
For you have taken away The Key Of Knowledge; you did not enter in yourselves and those who were entering in you hindered."
They just did not know repentance and it was for whatever reason it was that they did not know true repentance.
They were deceived, not adhering to The Word Of Truth in order to be Saved, (2 Timothy 3:12-17).
They did not hear GOD'S Word so as to bear Good fruit, (Matthew 13, Mark 4:1-32, Luke 8:4-21).
They did not hear HIS Voice so as to follow HIM, but instead they listened to and heard the voices of strangers, (John 10:1-30).
They sought for themselves teachers in accordance with their own desires, (2 Timothy 4:1-4).
They turned The Grace Of GOD into licentiousness and denied our only MASTER And LORD, JESUS CHRIST, (Jude).
Take heed for yourself in your walk, because as Paul's Prophetic Word says,
...from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them. (Acts 20:28-32).
These were once 'born again' on the day they first believed.
Born again meaning born anew, from the beginning; fleshly to Spiritual: John 3:6, but they fell away.
Pay close attention to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in these things; for as you do this you will insure Salvation both for yourself and for those who hear you. 1 Timothy 4:16.
Romans 10:6-11; faith results in Salvation, it is a walk of faith towards faith in the obtaining of our Salvation, just as Scripture states, and not accomplished on the day we first believed as some will believe and then preach and teach. But rather Salvation is dependant upon how one subsequently then walks; John 3:8. Faith.
Their hearts proved not to be hearts after GOD'S Heart.
They prove themselves bastards; illegitimate children (Hebrews 12:4-15) through their following a lie and refusing correction, refusing to listen to The Truth Of Scripture and to align all they believed in with The GOD Breathed Word so that they hold not one contradiction in their belief in all The Word Of GOD: The Bible.
This can be a mistake of those who will all too quickly look for teachers before their first and foremost trusting, through faith, in The LORD their GOD to Teach and Guide them and their looking to align all they hear with GOD'S Word, so that they may indeed be able to hear to discern The Truth from the lie in all that they hear.
To confess JESUS CHRIST means to assent to JESUS, to acknowledge HIM, to speak and walk the same as HIM.
This is what The LORD JESUS Is Saying in Luke 12:8-12, that if we confess HIM before men then HE Will Confess/Acknowledge us before the angels Of GOD.
Look to the Scripture we have written as Matthew 13:36-43. The angels are the reapers. They will gather out of HIS Kingdom all stumbling blocks and those who commit lawlessness and will cast them into the furnace of fire.
And as The Scripture continues,
"Then the Righteous will shine forth as the sun In The Kingdom Of their FATHER.
He who has ears, let him hear." Matthew 13:43.
These are the ones who confessed JESUS CHRIST before men and so HE Confessed them before the angels Of GOD.
These are the ones who called on The Name Of The LORD in Truth; these are the ones Declared Righteous by their LORD And their GOD WHOM they served in their spirit and in Truth.
For such as these The FATHER Seeks to be HIS worshipers (John 4:23-24).
But many do not understand what means to blaspheme The HOLY SPIRIT.
A true Christian will know not do this.
One with ears to hear will know true repentance in their walk so as to remain standing in The Grace Of GOD through that Saving faith.
It is not, it is not, that those who profess to be Christian cannot be then found to be blaspheming The HOLY SPIRIT.
Because many who profess faith in GOD most certainly do.
How else do we get the false teachings we are warned to recognise and to turn away from throughout The Scriptures?
These which, by following them, those who profess The Name will still openly and blindly walk and speak, believe and behave contrary to JESUS CHRIST and not know either correction By The SPIRIT or the repentance required (2 Corinthians 7:9-11).
And all by following the false teachings of which GOD Says To us Throughout HIS Word, that those who follow them are accursed, meaning devoted to destruction (Galatians 1:6-12).
How else do we get division in The Body Of CHRIST, HIS Church, but being through these false doctrines? And all, just as the Disciples we read of and from in The Holy Scriptures warn us against.
Why then does Peter write to the Beloved; those who are In Christ in Truth and consequently HE In them (John 14:20-24), to say of Paul's letters,
...in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own Destruction.
You therefore, Beloved (meaning loved Of GOD), knowing this beforehand, be on your guard lest, being carried away by the error of unprincipled men, you fall from your own steadfastness, but grow in The Grace And Knowledge Of our LORD And SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST.
To HIM The Glory, both now and to The Day Of Eternity. Amen.
The Word Of GOD Is just that: The GOD Breathed Word; penned by men Moved By The HOLY SPIRIT, Spoke From GOD.
I say and say to all who will read here, read these Scriptures so that you may gain understanding.
Here I will show you of what means to blaspheme The HOLY SPIRIT.
(2 Samuel 23:2-5, Jeremiah 23:28, Luke 1:68-75, Acts 1:16, Acts 28:25-28, Hebrews 3:7-19, Hebrews 10:14-31, 2 Peter 1:20-21).
To repudiate The GOD Breathed Word is blasphemy (Acts 13:45-46).
The Apostle Paul, when he was known as Saul, blasphemed JESUS in his persecuting The Church (1 Timothy 1:13, Acts 9:4-5).
James writes of those who blaspheme HIS Name By Which they were Called, in this example, being rich believers who oppress the poor (James 2:5-7).
The Apostle Paul writes of Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom he delivered over to satan, so that they may be taught not to blaspheme, because they were not keeping faith and a good conscience (1 Timothy 1:5), and so had suffered shipwreck in regard to their faith (1 Timothy 1:18-20).
He did not do this for their destruction, but the destruction of their flesh, that they may be taught not to blaspheme, so ultimately it is for their upbuilding and not for their tearing down (2 Corinthians 13).
This is something we never hear spoken of in The Church today, because today, of our keeping faith and a good conscience we just do not realise and understand what a Saving faith is and means before GOD and consequently the conduct of the believer in the world.
We are Called to be imitators of CHRIST (1 Corinthians 10:32 - 11:1).
And this, being proven day by day all over the world when each one does not keep faith and a good conscience according to GOD through their not looking to be as GOD Calls us to be and all we will accept being in accordance with GOD and insisting all to be fully aligned with HIS Word (Psalm 146).
We are supposed to be HIS Work and a Work in continual progress (2 Corinthians 4 & 5).
Paul writes, admonishing believers to be worthy of all honour so that The Name Of GOD and Doctrine may not be blasphemed (1 Timothy 6:1).
The LORD JESUS Says that everyone who will speak a word against The SON Of Man, it shall be Forgiven him.
This is because GOD Gives repentance: Godly repentance, which means turning to GOD in the manner Written in 2 Corinthians 7:9-11, and nothing short of it.
This will mean forsaking whatever is not Of GOD and HIS Way, whether that be sins of the flesh or believing what is not according to Sound Doctrine, not keeping hold of these and so not forsaking HIS Way in Truth (Psalm 51).
The LORD JESUS goes on to say; "but whoever blasphemes against The HOLY SPIRIT, it shall not be Forgiven him" (Luke 12:10, Mark 3:29).
To blaspheme The HOLY SPIRIT is to repudiate The GOD Breathed Word and never knowing repentance in it, but to continue til death not living by and how GOD States, but instead refusing HIM (Matthew 4:4), and consequently refusing HIS Sanctifying Work in your heart.
It is those who live believing in HIM who shall live even if they die, because everyone who lives and believes in HIM shall never die (John 11:25-26).
This is what we believe and because we believe according to GOD, because we love HIM, we Receive what HE Promised To those who love HIM: Eternal Life. 2 Thessalonians 2:13 - 3:5.
The LORD JESUS CHRIST in The Days Of HIS Flesh Walked By The HOLY SPIRIT and Spoke The Words Given HIM From The FATHER Only (Luke 4:18-19, John 8:25-29, John 12:44-50).
HE, as an example to us, that we do the same (Galatians 5:5, Galatians 5:16-26, 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14).
This is why It Is Written, that The Hope for us, Laid Up In Heaven Which we hear in The Word Of Truth, The Gospel, Which has Come to us, and in us is constantly bearing Fruit (Colossians 1:5), this, being In CHRIST, after we have listened to The Message Of Truth, The Gospel Of our Salvation - having also believed; and thus being Sealed With The HOLY SPIRIT Of Promise WHO Is Given As A Pledge of our Inheritance with a view to The Redemption Of Possession to The Praise Of HIS Glory (Ephesians 1:13-14), by our not walking in craftiness or adulterating The Word Of GOD, but By Manifestation Of The Truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience In The Sight Of GOD (2 Corinthians 4:2).
This being in Purity, in Knowledge, in Patience, in Kindness, In The HOLY SPIRIT, in genuine love, in The Word Of Truth, In The Power Of GOD; By The Weapons Of Righteousness for the right hand and the left (2 Corinthians 6:6-7).
This is Of those Chosen Of GOD for Salvation Through Sanctification By The SPIRIT And faith in The Truth.
And it was for This HE Called you Through our Gospel, that you may Gain The Glory Of our LORD JESUS CHRIST (1 Thessalonians 2:13-14).
Of those who do not know to do this, who walk contrary to GOD, refusing The Sanctifying Work Of The HOLY SPIRIT, refusing HIS Word In Truth, these will pay the penalty of eternal Destruction, away from The Presence Of The LORD And From The Glory Of HIS Power, when HE Comes to be Glorified in HIS Saints (Saint, meaning, separated from sin and therefore Consecrated to GOD) on That Day and to be marveled at by all who have believed.
It is to this end that GOD may Count us worthy of our Calling and fulfill every desire for goodness and The Work Of faith With Power; in order that The Name Of our LORD JESUS may be Glorified in us and we In HIM, according to The Grace Of GOD And The LORD JESUS CHRIST. (2 Thessalonians 1:9-12).
Again, those that revile the things which they do not understand but instead follow the things which they know by their instinct, like unreasoning animals, by these things they are Destroyed (The Wrath Of GOD Abides On the sons of disobedience; Ephesians 5:3-7, Colossians 3:5-6).
These men are those who are hidden reefs in your love feasts (tares among wheat; Matthew 13:24-30) when they feast with you without fear, caring for themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds (false doctrine); autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted (John 15:3-6); wild waves of the sea, casting up their own shame like foam; wandering stars, for whom the black darkness has been Reserved forever (Jude).
For if after they have escaped the defilements of the world by The Knowledge Of The LORD And SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST, they are again entangled in them and are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.
For it would be better for them not to have known The Way Of Righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from The Holy Commandment Delivered To them.
It has happened to them according to the true Proverb, "A dog returns to its own vomit," and "A sow, after washing, to wallowing in the mire."
2 Peter 2:20-22.
These have blasphemed The HOLY SPIRIT, refusing The Word; refusing Sanctification and faith in The Truth.
Clearly, Scripture here states of those, who once escaped the defilements of the world By The Knowledge Of The LORD And SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST, professing Christians, and we can, contrary to statements in beliefs of many who follow false teachings which will teach otherwise, can and do fall away (Hebrews 6:1-8).
To refuse this is clearly to contradict The Word Of GOD and in doing so it is to call GOD a liar.
These have refused GOD.
These have lived blaspheming The HOLY SPIRIT in their repudiating The Word in their refusal of The GOD Breathed Word.
Beliefs and 'faiths' being contrary to what GOD States in the matter often come from their misunderstanding of 2 Corinthians 5:17-19.
But they cannot hear the Chastising Of The HOLY SPIRIT as they believe they will hear, because they walk believing contrary to GOD and so walk not being Led By HIM.
GOD Gives The HOLY SPIRIT To those who obey HIM (Acts 5:32) and there will be a clear difference in what is believed, held to and accepted between those who walk being Led By HIM (John 7:37-39, Romans 8:16, 1 Corinthians 2:6 - 3:3) and their conduct, compared to those who are refusing HIM in their beliefs through following a false doctrine for their learning and what they will accept in teachings, words and conduct.
These who, consequently, in being apart from repentance, are walking along the broad way that leads to Destruction (Matthew 7:13-27), and in doing so become stumbling blocks to others (Matthew 18:1-10, Luke 17:1-10).
They do not hear or understand what "The Word Of Reconciliation" truly is and means.
They cannot see that those who follow false teachings have refused reconciliation and their truly being reconciled to GOD through their repudiating HIS Word in Truth and consequently actually not believing JESUS CHRIST (1 John 5:9-12).
The Testimony Of JESUS Shall be in the true believer. The ruler of this world has nothing in HIM.
HIS sheep hear HIS Voice and HE Knows them and they follow HIM; and HE Gives Eternal Life to them and they shall never perish; and no one shall snatch them out of HIS Hand. What The FATHER Has Given HIM Is Greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of The FATHER'S Hand.
JESUS MESSIAH And The FATHER Are ONE.
We are One With HIM, In HIM.
Those who will refuse such as the Scriptures shared here are those who attempt self-justification by their not understanding and their refusal to align all they will believe and accept with The GOD Breathed Word Only.
They distort the Scriptures to fit their beliefs, as opposed to seeking GOD and HIS Word In Truth for understanding so that they may know HIM.
And yet to know HIM Is indeed Eternal Life (John 17:3).
And they will reject those who attempt to show them; just as the Pharisees rejected GOD'S MESSIAH.
Who will bring a charge against GOD'S Elect?
GOD Is The ONE WHO Justifies; who is the one who condemns? Romans 8:33.
As GOD Is The ONE WHO Justifies, how can any determine, as some will, who are those who are the 'false converts', as they say, or rather, those who have fallen away, which some will either speak of or refuse; and this being in their own justification of themselves and in their own teaching, yet according to themselves never being of themselves?
...But he who boasts, let him boast in The LORD.
For not he who commends himself is approved, but whom The LORD Commends.
2 Corinthians 10:17-18.
Is it really those who do not agree with them who are false?
Or is it truthfully those who repudiate The Word Of GOD?
Yes, it is those who repudiate The Word Of GOD who are false brethren; deceiving and being deceived.
The LORD my GOD Says,
"You will know them by their fruits."
And we align all things with The Word Of GOD only.
These false teachers and their followers do not fear GOD when HE Says that we shall give an account to HIM even of every careless word spoken.
They do not even recognise the Scriptures that Speak the warning as applying to them and to every soul of man. And that, without partiality.
But all Scripture does apply to all and without partiality.
No man is above The Scriptures.
Matthew 12:33-37, Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
What then of this Scripture, and those Scriptures that Speak like it?
Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been Approved (Of GOD), he will Receive The Crown Of Life, Which The LORD Has Promised To those who love HIM. James 1:12
And this,
"If you love ME, you will keep MY Commandments.
"And I Will Ask The FATHER And HE Will Give you Another Helper, that HE may Be With you forever; The SPIRIT Of Truth, WHOM the world cannot Receive, because it does not behold HIM or know HIM.
You know HIM because HE Abides With you and will be in you. John 14:15-17.
And what of Paul,
I have fought the Good Fight, I have finished The Course (2 Timothy 2:5, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27), I have kept The faith; in the future there is Laid Up For me The Crown Of Righteousness, Which The LORD, The Righteous Judge, will Award To me on That Day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved HIS Appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
So given all of this, who are those who walk Saved?
As I have shown here, it is those who live to fulfill these Scriptures, 2 Corinthians 4:2, 2 Corinthians 6:7, Ephesians 1:13, Colossians 1:5, 1 Thessalonians 2:13-14.
Who may ascend into The Hill Of The LORD?
And who may stand in HIS Holy Place?
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully.
He shall Receive A Blessing From The LORD And Righteousness From The GOD Of HIS Salvation.
This Is the generation of those who seek HIM, who seek THY Face - Jacob. [Selah.
Psalm 24:3-6.
It is by Faith in JESUS CHRIST being in accordance with all HIS Word through which GOD Gives HIS HOLY SPIRIT that we may fully obey JESUS CHRIST And Be Sprinkled With HIS Blood; being mindful of how we walk, being as wise men and not as the unwise; always looking to keep a clear conscience before both GOD and man.
This is how we will know for certain, and it is a beautiful way to live and to learn to live, By Grace Through faith; a Blessing and and Honour even to suffer for HIS Name's Sake that HE Be Glorified.
2 Corinthians 6:1-10.
Those who live bastardizing and quoting as being a proof of their belief the Scripture of Romans 8:35-39, believing that here it is written that they cannot forfeit Salvation, what they fail to see is that the one thing not mentioned in this passage is sin.
It is not mentioned by Paul here in his writing, In The SPIRIT, because sin separates.
To see how ridiculous this interpretation of theirs is of these five verses found at the end of Romans chapter 8, that not only does their belief contradict Scripture elsewhere in The Sacred Writings, you just need to look back in that same chapter and read the first fourteen verses to see, we are Called to die to sin; we cannot remain in sin.
Isaiah 59.
All unrighteousness is sin and we are Called to take up our cross daily so that we may indeed die to sin (Luke 14:26-35).
And everyone who has This Hope fixed on HIM Purifies himself, just as HE Is Pure.
1 John 3:1-10.
We cannot earn our Salvation. We are Saved By Grace Through faith.
By Grace you have been Saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is The Gift Of GOD; not as a result of works, that no one should boast (Ephesians 2:8-10).
But being Of The faith means our recognising sin, our hating sin, our repenting of sin, our dying to sin, that we may truly live to Righteousness.
The Work Of GOD is that we believe in HIM WHOM HE Has Sent (John 6:28-29).
If we confess our sins, HE Is Faithful And Righteous To Forgive us our sins and to Cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
If we say we have not sinned, we make HIM a liar and HIS Word is not in us... 1 John 1:9-10.
Clearly then, confession of our sin, when we sin, is all part of The faith. (1 John 2:1-2, 2 Corinthians 4:16-18, Titus 3:5-8).

The Purpose Of GOD In CHRIST JESUS is that we die to sin that we may indeed live to Righteousness, (Romans 6:15-18, 1 Corinthians 15:48-49) being truly Conformed to HIS Image (Romans 8:29-30, 1 Corinthians 11:1).
It is for this reason that HE Came (1 John 3:3-10).
That through our faith, meaning the faithfulness of those who professes faith in CHRIST, which is required by us (2 Timothy 2:12), GOD Gives The HOLY SPIRIT so that we may indeed obey JESUS CHRIST and be Sprinkled With HIS Blood (1 Peter 1:2).
If we refuse to live so that GOD may Work in our hearts through faith, then we shall die. (Romans 8:12-14).
So it is never a matter of earning our Salvation back as these false teachings will uphold in their accusation against The Truth to those who refuse them and try to show them GOD'S Truth, through their not understanding The Truth, but is of faith in GOD, that By HIS Grace, we are Released from our sins By HIS Blood (Revelation 1:5-6).
And this, to the point that sin is no more a master over us (Romans 6:14, 1 Peter 1:13-25).
If we say that we have fellowship with HIM and walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice The Truth; but if we walk in The Light as HE HIMSELF Is In The Light, we have fellowship with one another and The Blood Of JESUS HIS SON Cleanses us from all sin.
1 John 1:6-7.
As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but speaking The Truth in love, we are to grow up in all into HIM, WHO Is The Head, CHRIST, From WHOM The Whole Body, being Fitted and Held Together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the Growth of The Body for the Building Up of Itself in love.
Ephesians 4 (v14-16).
