Intro:

Today, I will talk about a variant. It is called four player chess, and you can play Free For All (FFA) or Teams. Although it is a variant, it can be quite fun.

Teams:

Teams is the idea that you play with someone else and try to beat the other team. How do you do this?  All you have to do is mate one of the other team players. This can be done by a threat by yourself or with your other team player.

 FFA:

This is a when you play by yourself against three other players. The main idea is to mate with 2 or more of your own pieces. The player with the most points, awarded by taking pieces, can claim the win when there is only 1 other player and therefore is the winner.

More Info:

You may wonder why you would want to play a variant and the answer is that you can enjoy yourself and also make friends. If you want to play against me, tell me when I'm online.

Conclusion:

If you want to try something different, try out four player chess and you will find it can be interesting. I hope you enjoyed this blog.
