Rules:
Groups:
5 games over the course of 5 weeks in groups, 15 min + 10 sec each move games.
4 players from each group qualify to the knockout stage.
All players must write their opponents through Messages here on chess.com, saying, "We are paired this round and these are my available times..." You must give at least 5 hours, and even better 10 hours. (Ex. "We are paired this round and these are my available times...Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 11 am to 1 pm EST, total given hours 9 hours.)
And then you wait for your opponent to respond, if your opponent doesn´t respond in that week, you can message me and say, "My opponent did not respond and I gave these hours..."
I will give you the forfeit win...if neither of you can agree upon a time you must give more times, until at last either the game is played or you decide that you can agree to a forfeit draw. You must contact me and say, "Our game was agreed to a draw, due to the fact that both of us gave at least 5 hours, yet we weren´t ever able to agree to a time."
If you do agree to a time and your opponent doesn´t show up, then they get a Warning, two Warnings equals a forfeit win for you. Note: You must also message me about how you had agreed upon the given time, and your opponent hadn´t showed up. Otherwise, I won´t know!
Each win in the group stage gives you 3 points...a draw 1 point and a loss 0 points. Points are basically what matter. Forfeit draws and Forfeit losses are the same as normal games Forfeit Draws give 1 point and Forfeit Wins give 3 points.
If need I will use the Buchholz Tiebreaker if multiple players are tied.

Knockout Stage:
Each player will play 3 games in this stage...but unlike the Group stage, if you lose you are knocked out.
2 games of 10+5, changing piece colors.
If still tied 2 games of 3+2
And if still tied 2 games of 1+1
All other rules apply from Group Stage.
