c4!, an excellent move, activating his pieces, one of the most important actions to take at chess. It's tactically justified because the pawn on b2 will hang at the end of the line.

f3! Undermining Ju's center and starting an active plan that will allow Pragg to use the activity and coordination of his pieces to create a direct attack against Black's king.

After repelling the pressure with that instructive sequence of forced moves, Pragg was able to finish development.
