How to get all tournaments awards

To unlock the Organizer and Director achievements on Chess.com, you must create Daily Tournaments, not Live or Arena events.
 
🛠️ How to Create Tournaments for the Awards
Creating a tournament requires a Premium membership (Gold, Platinum, or Diamond).
Navigate to the Tournament Page:Hover over Play in the left-hand menu.
Click on Tournaments.
Access the Creation Tooln the right sidebar of the Tournaments page, look for the link Create Daily Tournament.
Note: If you do not see this link, ensure you are using the web version, as mobile app support for tournament creation is limited.
Fill in the Settingsrovide a Tournament Name.
Select basic parameters like Time Control (e.g., 3 days per move).
Keep it simple: choose a small Group Size (e.g., 2) and a low Max Players (e.g., 5) to ensure it can start easily.
Finalize:Click Create at the bottom of the page.
Organizer Achievement: Awarded after your 1st tournament creation.
Director Achievement: Awarded after your 10th tournament creation.
 
 
 
⚠️ Critical Requirements & Restrictions
You cannot simply spam the "Create" button if your account does not meet these standing requirements:
Win Ratio: Your overall win ratio must be at least 10%.
Timeout Ratio: Your timeout percentage must be no more than 15%.
Premium Level: While any premium tier works, Gold members are restricted to a maximum of 12 players per tournament.
 
 
 
💡 Tips for Completing the Set
The "Director" Grind: You can create 10 simple tournaments in a row. Some players report receiving the achievement immediately upon creation, even before the tournament fills or starts.
Avoid Live Arenas: Creating an "Arena" from the live play menu will not count toward these specific achievements; it must be a Daily (Correspondence) tournament.
Club Events: Creating "Club Matches" or "Team Matches" also does not count. Use the main Tournament Creation page instead of the Club management tools.
