Would this White system work?

I would like to know, theoretically, if this system actually works. I was tinkering around with Analysis and the London System and played my own variation. I don't have access to anyone around me that can analyze this and theoretically prove this system works. Here's a list of the moves below:

2. Bf4
3. e3
4. Nc3
5. Nge2
6. g3
7. Bg2
8. Qd3
