Freaky Friday (2003) Movie Review & Thoughts On Freakier Friday

Uncomfortable, strange, and yes, a bit freaky...

But Jamie Lee Curtis's Freaky Friday is still a pretty solid Disney movie ngl. 🤪

Really the only reason I watched this film is because of it's sequel ( Or freakuel if you wanna sound cool *Crickets Crickets* ) coming out this Friday ( Ha ) and I wanted to see #1, what all the fuss was about, and #2, see if there was just ONE more movie I could see in the theaters before the end of the summer cuz I still haven't seen Bad Guys yet, and I'm crashing out, so... yeah. 💀

Welcome to the Freaky Friday (2003) movie review and my thoughts on the freakuel, Freakier Friday coming soon to theaters. 🙃

I gotta admit, the first half or so of this one was a bit rough; there were a few suggestible things thrown in there and I just didn't... really... like it. 💩🤣

But, besides the whole thing with a 18-year-old falling in love with a 50-year-old, the second half of the film was MUCH better. 😆😆😆

Ok, NOTES TIME!

• Opening sequence with the old, historical art or whatever was WEEEEEIRD, man 🤣
• How they switched was not how I thought they would ( Who comes up with these ideas tho fr 💀 )
• Jake was not a very likable character; am I right, or am I right? 🤪
• How did I go the entire freaking movie ( Ha ) not knowing the 2 main characters' names by heart 💀
• Yo that ending could have been so good with the brother and the grandpa switching 🤣🤣🤣 ( There needs to be a sequel... OH WAIT! 😆 )

Ok, thoughts on Freakier Friday now! 💩🤣 ( 2-part blogs are weird 😆 )

• I feel like the plot line of this one is somehow even more genius than the og imo ( Just think about it... the daughters in adult bodies trying to break up their parents and bring Anna back together with Jake??? Lez goooooooooooo idk 💀 )
• Who is this Eric dweeb and who do on the Disney staff do I need to fire tonight? ( I mean... whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttt? It's not like I'm secretly the manager of Disney... or anything... )
• It took me a LONG time to understand who switches with who in this one but I finally got it ( Phew 🤣 )
• "The swaps are no longer just mother-daughter; we got teenagers in mom bodies, grandmas in teen bodies, a generational crisis!"
  So it's Jumanji: The Next Level but... freaky... I see... 🤣🤣🤣 ( "Oh yeah, nah, this whole thing is a circle; but not a real circle, more like, uh... a freaky circle" - Korg 🤣 )

Looks great! Hope it's not full of agenda or anything! HAHAHAHAHHAA!

Yeah, I would love to see this one whether it be on the big screen, or the small one; think it could be a freakin' good time! HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA- ( I need help 🤣 )

The og was good, and the sequel has potential to be even better. Can't wait. 🎸😎
