Spider-Man: Brand New Day Official Trailer Reaction
I couldn't watch this trailer the second it came out like I wanted to because I was doing homework like a good boy, but I did see it within like 30 minutes of its release. Then after that I told everyone on God's green Earth that "the Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer dropped". 🤣
There were so many different ways they could have gone about this 4th film... and I was not expecting this. And it looks SO. STINKIN-

- Ok, the fact that he's turning into an actual spider or sum is probably gonna be really weird at times, but... OH MY GOSH EVERYTHING ELSE IN THIS TRAILER WAS ABSOLUTE PERFECTION
- It's not even a teaser? Oh, yeah; we won, guys (AND IT'S NOT JUST A PROLONGED CLIP FROM THE FILM LIKE SO MANY TRAILERS HAVE BEEN DOING RECENTLY IT'S AN ACTUAL... TRAILER... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)
- The whole "pieces" of the trailer thing yesterday was so dumb 🙏 (I saw like 4 or 5 out of the 3,000,000,000 2-second clips 💩)
- I have to mention that this was not the trailer that leaked a couple months back; that's probably why it took so long... they re-made the ENTIRE trailer 💩 (That definitely did add so much more hype tho; if this had just been the same exact trailer I saw leaked a while ago, I probably would have just thought it was meh; and that's probably the exact reason they changed it 🙃) But anyways, there were SOME similarities between this trailer and the leaked one like Peter's whole monologue at the beginning and some very random shots throughout, but overall, they definitely made a LOT of big changes
- I cannot believe they focused so much on MJ and Ned in this trailer; that's what really got me excited; I seriously thought they would move past all that and he would just be, like we saw at the very beginning of the trailer, watching them on social media from a distance; but nah... are they all gonna RECONNECT by the end of this thing?! I'M SO PUMPED 🤯😁 (COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU THINK!)
- Everyone was freaking out about this shot of Peter Parker's eyeball because it had some connection with Tony or sum 👇🤣 (I vaguely remember something like that... I think...)
- Yo I'm kind of a genius; like a month ago I subscribed to the Spider-Man channel where the trailer came from above, and GUESS WHAT?! That channel was the MAIN channel used for this trailer drop; it didn't even SHOW UP on Sony's channel OR Marvel's; and now there's a brand new channel (See what I did there 😏) that's JUST for the new movie; ig I'm pretty much the GOAT (I say this because I just stopped at the point in the trailer when it's flashing all the logos and one of them was Sony, so... 💩)
- Why does Ned look so emo in this shot 👇😅
- Watching Spider-Man's suit slosh around in a washing machine was something I never thought I would see it's so peak 👇🥹🤣
- Wait a second... I just realized something... if everyone forgot Peter existed, including MJ and Ned, does that mean that MJ AND NED ARE GONNA FALL IN LOVE SINCE PETER ISN'T IN THEIR FRIEND GROUP ANYMORE?! 👇😅 (jk they would literally never do that 🤣)
- There are so many great stunts from Peter in just this one trailer; I can't wait to see a full 2 hours of this 🤩
- Prediction: Scorpion, The Hand, and all those other villains shown in this trailer are going to be background characters and Sadie Sink's character is going to be the main villain here... you think I'm right? 😎 (I know basically nothing about Punisher tho, which is another element here, so I could be wrong 🤷 COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU THINK!)
- Oh, of course; a cut-off F-bomb from Punisher in the stupid trailer; I knew bringing R-rated characters into a PG-13 franchise was a bad idea ☝🤓 GET OUT- 😅
- Why does this new dude look like a mix of Flash and Brad Davis 👇🤣 (Am I right, or am I right?)
- The whole man-spider plot feels like something from Tobey Maguire's trilogy lol especially when he ran out of webs and stuff 🙃
- Ah, so I see Bruce went from "getting drunk" on his little island to being a professor at a university 🤦😅 (They are really trying to erase She-Hulk from everyone's memory ig 🤣)
- This possessed-like old grandma is reminding me so much of the elderly skrull on the train from Captain Marvel and the entire mind-control thing they seem to be introducing here is reminding me so much of Sylvie from Loki 👇😅
- Guys I saw a theory that the shot below will be taking place DURING the events of The Void; Y'ALL HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I WOULD LOVE THAT TO HAPPEN WE NEED MORE OF THE THUNDERBOLTS*/THAT STORYLINE 👇🤩🙃 (Also, why does the montage at the end including this shot, the one with Boomerang, the one with Tarantula hey, a tarantula is an actual spider! 🤓💩🤣, and the one with the Hand all look kind of AI 🤔 lol)
- Ok, this was the only shot from this trailer that I didn't like right here 👇😐
Like I said at the beginning of this blog, the fact that he might be transforming into an actual spider is really weird and will probably get dark/creepy throughout; I'm really hoping that will not be the case and I actually have great hope that it won't be that way since this was only one shot of the trailer, it seems that this transformation thing is not the ENTIRE plot of this movie, AND, I do think this is a better alternative to the venom symbiote, so... I'm just gonna roll with it for now until we get some more footage, trusting they know what they're doing until then 🙏
They definitely could find a way to ruin this movie by making Spider-Man turn into a daddy longlegs, but after seeing this, honestly, I probably could not be more excited to watch this in just a few months. 😎 (Cuz that's how long it took for the trailer to drop 💀🤣)
