Hello, I don't update this blog since more than 3 years ago. Maybe it was time for a new update.

Today I am going to talk about how do I see the things now. And they seem really diferent to be honest. I am older, more experienced, slower... I have just read my old posts in that bad English language. And although my rating didn't improve much, as I am playing new matches and I am around the same (hoping to get that 1100 in Blitz) I see my old posts a bit ridiculous.

I am taking advantage of the videos that some Masters of chess from this web are posting. And that is a great help. I think i am learning basics that I had never learnt. Those basics are mostly related with openings. It is still too soon to say what I am doing right or wrong (most things I am doing still wrong for sure), but at least now I know what not to do in those early moves that can kill you easily in a few moves.

So yeah, I am quite happy for now, I may do some posts in the early future, about wich openings I use. I am starting with the Italian opening (or at least trying to get the goal position even when the oponent tries something diferent) when I am playing white, and trying to do Fianchettos when playing black.

Another diferent topic i would like to discuss is game time modes, because my level at 10 minutes is so much higher than at 5 minutes. I think those guys are lower rated in that mode and that's why I can't beat them. Also that i don't dominate the game with enough skill to do fast moves without fails.

So, see you next post, I'll keep you informed.
