2...e5 vs the Alapin Sicilian: Wolff vs Andonov

This game occurred in Canada, 1988 when Patrick Wolff, one of America's few home grown Grandmasters was rising rapidly.  In this game, his opponent was Bulgarian IM Bogomil Andonov.  The sharp struggle that ensued here was quite a clash. 

I'd have to say that this game does little to confirm or deny my faith in 2...e5 vs the Alapin.  What it does do is show the fireworks that can happen if White decides to pursue the sharpest course.
