King's Indian with exchange on d4

As far as opening theory is concerned, the exchange 7...exd4 isn't seen very often in the classical King's Indian. White gets a small, but persistent edge from this line with positions that are flexible and full of potential.

This game, which occurred in Kiev, Ukraine in 1957 is a good example of how White should handle this line in the King's Indian.
