More King's Indian with ..exd4

When Black opts to exchange Pawns with ..exd4 in a King's Indian, the position becomes something that resembles a Maroczy Bind.  If you play the English Opening or Queens Pawn openings, you may well be faced with these types of positions.

To be successful in these positions, White must usually exercise patience tempered with judgment.  In this game, Black chose to mix it up and defend a Pawns vs Piece endgame.  This game occurred at the 1993 Interzonal tournament in Biel, Switzerland.  If you follow and read the annotations, you will gain better understanding of how to handle Black's choice to exchange on d4.
