The Four Knights English comes up a lot when Black attempts a reversed Sicilian.  It's fair to say that White shouldn't expect too much of an edge from the opening, and must be content to seek opportunities later in the game.

In this game, Black equalized without much difficulty and simplified into a position that threatened to go sterile. My attempt to gain something by opening the a file went nowhere, and I offered a draw soon after.  Sometimes it's just better to save your energy for the next round.
