Opponents Match
I have contacted support on several times, as I’ve changed my settings to play anyone that is +50, they said if there is no one available near my score they will get as close as they can to it. There was 775 players in the blitz so I’m sure there was someone closer than double my score. I’ve emailed them but they just respond with generic emails. Does anyone know how I can contact the CEO or have there email, because I would want to know if my company was this bad at programming and customer service. Don’t get me wrong I love playing chess.com but with all these recent problems I’m just being put off completely
