Zugzwang in the middlegame

This is the match Nguyen - Bjerre (Tata Steel Challengers, 2022) and a beautiful example of the zugzwang tactic (starting with move 46).

As shown in the chessboard below, Black is in trouble because, in the end, he cannot move anything without damage! After a few moves, he has to resign even if the material is even because of zugzwang.
