If you have been playing chess for quite some time, then you must have thought about different world chess records, right?
In this blog I will tell you about one of the longest games played in an official FIDE tournament.

This game has been played between Ivan Nikolic and Goran Arsovic. The game lasted more than 20 hours and ended in a draw.It has been played in belgrade,1989. As I mentioned before,They played 20 hours and made 269 moves.

  Ivan Nikolic vs  Goran Arsovic

They played the King's Indian Defense. Already on the 24th move they had an interesting position. But both Ivan and Goran were so good players,so they figured out how to play there. It was so difficult rook and bishop against rook endgame. And maybe that was the reason of their long game.

This was all for this blog,

Very short,but informative)
