Cannot Access my Messages

Does anyone does someone on the Chess.com Staff? Them seem to be ignoring me! I have not been able ti access my message section for a week!. I have emailed Chess.com support 5 times and received just a brief inquiry. This is ridiculous! I just want to know chess.com still employ someone who does customer service. Please help if you can. Thanks
