Chess.com Trolls

I wish to bring attention to a persistent issue on chess.com involving a notorious troll known as Viroh. This individual, who is likely a juvenile given his puerile behavior, is banned almost daily yet incessantly returns by creating new accounts through VPNs. Viroh engages in egregious conduct, targeting users by exploiting their usernames and forums within the chess.com Community Club. His posts are replete with racist, sexist, and defamatory remarks, including terroristic threats and baseless accusations. Regrettably, these forums are often accessible to children and contain vulgar language and explicit sexual content.

Despite the commendable efforts of chess.com, the removal of Viroh’s forums is not always prompt, thereby exposing many young users to this deleterious content. I propose the implementation of AI technology to vigilantly monitor and expeditiously eliminate inappropriate forums and chats. Recently, Viroh directed unfounded accusations towards me and created a forum to disseminate these falsehoods. While I refrained from responding inappropriately, I did employ AI to generate humorous images depicting him in a Garbage Pail Kids style.

I earnestly hope that chess.com can devise a robust solution to thwart trolls like Viroh. He is among the most egregious trolls I have encountered, returning multiple times daily. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to chess.com support for their unwavering assistance and for aiding all the young users who report such malevolent behavior.
