Opening Repertoire 

There are 10 signature openings called Special Openings. There are 5 white openings and 5 black openings. 

White Opening

Here are the 5 white openings in order of preference and experience.

1. Center Game
2. French Defense
3. Sicilian Alapin  
4. Caro-Kann (Fantasy)
5. Pirc Defense

Black Opening 

Here are the 5 black openings in order of preference and experience.

1. Alekhine’s Defense
2. Indian Game (Mexican’s Defense)
3. Scandinavian Defense
4. Nimzowitsch Defense
5. Englund Gambit
