A list of facts in no particular order:

Fact Number 1: So far, Magnus Carlsen has NOT made ANY allegation of cheating at the Sinquefield Cup.

Fact Number 2: The Magnus Carlsen Twitter post does not even mention Hans Niemann or cheating.

Fact Number 3: It is possible that the trouble alluded to in the Carlsen Twitter post has to do with the consequences of leaving the tournament without a valid reason.

Fact Number 4: NOWHERE has chess.com indicated that the ban of Hans Niemann had anything to do with the Sinquefield Cup. Their official statement says, "We have shared detailed evidence concerning our decision, including information that contradicts his statements regarding the amount and seriousness of HIS CHEATING ON CHESS.COM"

Fact Number 5: A person who has gone into seclusion may know nothing about the recent rumors regarding the Sinquefield Cup. (For example, I know someone who just got back from a two week camping trip. They hadn't even heard about the death of the Queen, let alone any details regarding the Sinquefield Cup). Therefore, is is possible that Magnus has gone off grid and has remained silent simply because he does not know his twitter post has been misconstrued.

Fact Number 6: the acquisition of Play Magnus by chess.com DOES NOT give chess.com a monopoly on commercial online chess. A monopoly, by definition is "the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service." To be clear, the word exclusive is defined, "restricted or limited to the person, group, or area concerned." Therefore, the existence of ICC, playchess.com and others, excludes the possibility of chess.com being a monopoly.
