As a chess player finding a coach should be a primary goal and the first step one must take if he or she wants to excel in chess. There are three types of coaches as per the 21st century notions, these include:
HUMAN COACH
This is where you find a real human chess coach to mentor you.
Are often found in online chess platforms or alternatively found one within your chess environs.
ADVANTAGES
1.They provide one to one lectures and are able to track your performance at close range.
2.This improves your alertness in game since it gives you the game reality.
3.Promotes easy correction. Since the coach is right there to correct any mistakes, one is most likely willing to correct themselves.
COMPUTER
Occasionally referred to as machines, computers are the next big thing in the chess world and it is being embraced enormously.
ADVANTAGES
1.Are super smart-Due to their high level of calculating variations. computers offer precise and excellent coaching skills.
2.Are easy to manipulate-Since they run on programs, computers can be manipulated to offer desired learning skills.
3.Easily accessible -Coaching skills from a computer are easily available.
SELF COACH
Self coaching is taking a step and some of your energy to read and research about chess.
ADVANTAGES
1.One is able to chose what he or she wants to research on and at what time at his own convenience
2.Teaches self discipline -Once a chess player has managed to coach themselves he/she has achieved a high level of discipline.
3.Promotes passion-Once you dedicate some time to self coach you will be increasing your passion in the game significantly.
