2020 - year of great changes!

In the end of 2019, we moved to Ontario from cold Saskatchewan. My dream was to live in active chess life and join bunch of tournaments insight the province and around. For few months I played in Toronto, Oakville, and Brantford tournaments. So, for upcoming 2020 I had lots of plans about tournaments, BUT....Covid-19  just crashed all plans for millions of people around the world.

Lots of people lost their job like me, but this situation just gave me good chance to start doing what I am really love- play chess and teach other people. Little by little I started teaching kids and adults as well, they recommended me to their friends and every month I had more people. 

During lockdown I am also started to made streams online. Here my Twitch account. Than I created my YouTube channel where I posted my streams and videos. Also,  was incredibly happy to cooperate with Thinkers Publisher, as you know I am the official distributor of TP in Canada. All their books and much more you can find on my website. Also, I printed my first chess design T-shirts.

Also, I found bunch of great chess books! Now I have huge collection of antique chess books as well. You can find most of them in my Instagram

Also like you know I started my chess blog on chess.com. During last year I was joined few chess festivals and lectures for improved myself. So, during this year I am worked with 50+ students, most of them kids, gave 700+lectures, almost 2 lessons per each day! Used 3 languages on my lectures: English, Ukrainian, Russian.
