GFE ft Easy Stir Fry
I would have to say stir fry is the easiest thing to put together for a nice dinner. It is very healthy and tasty XD. You can add in different vegetables and meats etc....
Ingredients:
A package of all ready cooked noodles (we use hokkien but udon works)
A can of bean sprouts (love them)
A plateful or can of stir fry vegetables
Tofu
Minced ginger and garlic
Stir-fry sauce
Pad Thai sauce
Hoisin Sauce
Toasted Sesame Oil
Optional- water chestnuts, meat, fish, chopped nuts.....
The How To:
Heat up your wok or similar pan. Add in your oil. Chop tofu into pieces (large is better than tiny). Toss tofu into pan with pad thai, stir fry and hoison sauce. Coat well. Add in your noodles. Combine with stir fry vegetables and bean sprouts.
If you're using meat, cook separately and then add in.
It is finished when it is hot...Since your noodles are already cooked all you're pretty much doing is heating up vegetables. Covering the pan will help. Once finished serve with a sprinkle of nuts such as peanuts-optional.
