Pic: any lamb chops, not from the recipe.

Hey guys! Yesterday evening my aunt taught me how to make some really good lamb chops and I want to share that with you all out there. This is a relatively easy recipe but since it's dealing with meat, it'll be classified as harder. I will make a post on GFE legends on how difficult a recipe is so that you guys can have a heads up. Now this is only dealing with lamb chops. You've got to come up with your own side dishes and stuff. All I can do is recommend but enough!

Lamb Chops: (What you need)

Lamb chops- can be bought from anywhere. Remember to support organic farmers please. You can get as many as you want.

Oregano

Salt

Oil- olive or coconut (coconut is healthier btw)

Sauce

How to make it:

First sear your lamb chops in a cast iron skillet (a Dutch oven will work or a regular skillet- you just want it nice and brown). Do this for three minutes on each side. Sprinkle salt and oregano onto each side of the lamb chops.

Once seared, place in oven (around 400°) for about 15 minutes. Make sure it's cooked all the way.

****Sauce time****

Any sauce will work. I will post the sauce my aunt used when I can.

After that all you got to do is side it with a nice dish and you're ready to eat!!

Recommended side dishes:

Cubed sweet potatoes with peas (that's what my aunt did)

Mashed potato

Cornbread always go well with meat

Have fun experimenting!!!
