So far the 3rd question is the most out of topic but in some ways it's a lot related.

How do I rise my club as it was again?

So your club was once an infinite tournaments place and lots of members. But now you have school,work or lots of things on your hand. But so was I! My club, KBOC was a Rising club with 110 members but now since all my work, I'm too busy as you might be, then your members start to leave. This is a very common situation, you don't need to worry about it too much you can trust a friend to keep charge of it, or run an election to decide with all the members that who should become a potential admin or people who will be in charge while your gone. In some other creative ways, you can ask a friend or at least make 2 tournaments and keeping your streaks like daily puzzles.

I'm too lazy.. but I want to help my club, how?

I was once in this situation too. A way you can help your club is by putting a person you trust in charge of it. Sure, there are other ways but this is the most common one.

How do I get started or motivated?

You need Motivation, huh? K... let's see...  Ah! Motivation this depends on many people. Whether depending on their dreams or goals. To be motivated try to think of your clubs happiness is it so happy? well we might see. Think of your favorite club or your dreams. For example, my dream is for success think of it, your own favorite themed or customized room no stress or anxiety. Your favorrite video-game customized and all your other Craziest dreams in a possible way. Once your motivated on day one. Continue and nothing is wrong.
