    Hello fellow Chess.com blog readers!

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Hoa, a not very normal chess player on this website Chess.com. Today, I’m going to talk about my friend @aki , who was previously banned from Chess.com but because of a troll that you all probably know about, Viroh. Viroh is an infamous troll on Chess.com Community club, always trashing the notes and forums page. And now, my fellow not-so-furry friends, this is where it gets complicated.

      1.Who exactly is this Viroh?
I have no idea, but to find out more, check @KingOfBrilliancy ‘s amazing forum on Chess.com community club here: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/viroh-a-story-of-a-troll

    2. Who is @aki?
@aki is one of the most popular members in Chess.com and mostly active in Chess.com Community club. She is known for her great sarcasm and sass, as well as her bravery to stand up for herself and club members from Viroh. From what I can learn from her bio, she is 14 years old and Japanese. But one day, on the 1st of December, 2024, Chess.com members learned some shocking news. @aki was banned from Chess.com, reasons why we don’t know. Her account states that she was closed for abuse, but there was no proof of that.

     3.What happened?
Well, we don’t know exactly for sure, but Chess.com members believe that Viroh the troll created multiple accounts, joined Chess.com Community club, and they all reported @aki of abuse and trolling. Now, I can understand why Viroh would do this, since @aki swears sometimes on forums and notes. But that doesn’t mean that she should be permanently BANNED. Being muted is enough, but because Chess.com normally takes action with A.I. first and then real people, this has become a big problem. Chess.com needs better filtering, moderators, and less A.I on the job.

        4.Putting this to logic

Chess.com states that a person cannot be banned by another person/people, so I’m asking: WHAT IS THE REPORT BUTTON FOR? @aki was reported repeatedly (wow that’s hard to say) by Viroh’s troll accounts, and I do believe that’s what happened. Being the oh-so gullible moderators, A.I. took this over with and banned her like everything is normal. Hate to say it Chess.com, everything is NOT NORMAL. So either that has happened, or Chess.com  was drunk on December 1st and accidentally slammed the ban button.

5.What can you do about it?

Here are some things that you can do to help Chess.com realize the BIG PROBLEM:

         -Contact support!
By contacting support, you can first talk with A.I. about the problem, and wait 1-3 days to talk with a person moderator, who can help. I have been waiting for 2 days now, but I still have no results. This is why people are better than bots.

-Join protest and unban @aki clubs!

Now, I have no idea what clubs are good or what clubs are bad, but find your UNBAN @AKI club that’s best for you or just join all of them! I’m not going to advertise here though.

-Contact the popular people in Chess.com Community club!
Some people that I recommend who could help you from the Chess.com Community club are:

@CarlsentheGOAT-2889">- @CarlsentheGOAT-2889

- @LeMaiHoa2014 (me!)

- @RDkhanna

- @Lilyana

- few other people :-) (just look in Chess.com community)

-WARNING: NO MODS!

Thanks for reading( i made this short for your brains to not get squished by the amount of words hehe)
