An Unsound Trap in the Boor Attack
I felt very good about this game as I was playing it. I though i'd found a great trap in the Boor attack variation of the Exchange Slav. It worked very well when I played it but computer analysis after the game showed me it was unsound.
Black had two opportunities to get out of the trap. The first would have given black a pawn advantage. The second would have lead to an equal middle game. Black's move in the game were fairly natural continuation, so this might work again. But I'm not recommending it. Still it was fun to play and know how to do it better next time.
All analysis is mine, though I have to credit stockfish for finding the flaws and better continuations. I never saw them.
