Sometimes when I make an early blunder I really just want to resign and start over. This was one of those cases, but I soldiered on and was rewarded by my opponent making a bigger blunder a few moves later.

In my opponents defense I should point out that while black's blunder was bigger in terms of game consequences, mine was the dumber and more obvious error. My brain dead mistake cost me two pawn, my opponent's more subtle failure to retreat the queen, set up a fork and gave me the initiative that gave me the game.
