Cop Killers continued

I feel everyone feels that they have the right to own a gun. People say its for self defense. I believe that as long as our outdated constitution alows americans the right to own a gun than yes they are needed. When someone breaks into your home and threatens you with a gun there isnt much you can do if that person wants to kill you they will. But if all guns were banned then whats the worst that can happen they break into your home with a knife. I know if someone attacks me with a knife I can definately defend myself. I have a louisville slugger for that. I just posted this because I want to hear your opinion.
