FIDE Candidates Tournament may not take place

FIDE was supposed to hold this tournament back in January 2022. However, everything has been postponed to November 2022.
It is reported on the Internet and especially on social networks that the "International Chess Movement" Organization, which has great connections in the world, is going to take this tournament from FIDE and hold it under its ICM brand, either in Guangzhou, China or in Sochi, Russia, - in August or September 2022.
These are the problems FIDE created for themselves.
