Rejection is basically the worst "glitch" in the game of life. It’s been a few weeks, and if you still feel like a sad potato, that is totally okay. ( T _ T ) Here is my guide to feeling like yourself again!

The "Brain Dump" Strategy 📝🗑️
Sometimes, that "heavy backpack" feeling comes from keeping all those "what if" thoughts in your head. Try writing down everything you’re feeling. all the sadness, the confusion, and even the annoying stuff. Then, rip the paper into a million tiny pieces! Hehehhehehe. It’s super satisfying and helps clear out the overthinking. ( > _ < )

The High-Focus Distraction 🎨🎮
My favorite way to stop a 5 second hyper panic is to get into a "flow state." Grab a sketchbook and draw something totally random, or get lost in a really good book where the characters actually have their lives together. ( @ _ @ ) If you play games, go build the biggest, most complicated house ever. It’s hard to be sad when you’re focusing on perfect roof tiles! 🏠✨

Rejection can make you feel like a "confused potato," but don’t forget that you are actually a top-tier human! 🥔✨ One person not seeing how awesome you are doesn't change the fact that you’re funny, kind, and a "real one."

The right people, the ones who truly get your vibe, will never make you feel like you’re "too much" or "not enough." You deserve the best, and nothing less! ( > w < )
