This is how to do basically all the caro-kann variations.

First is the normal Caro kann which is 1. e4, c6.

Another variation is 1. e4, c6, 2. d4, d5

The Advance Variation is 1. e4, c6, 2. d4, d5, 3. e5

The Classical Variation is 1. e4, c6, 2. d4, d5, 3. Nc3

The Exchange Variation is 1. e4, c6. 2. d4, d5. 3. exd5

The Fantasy Variation is 1. e4, c6. 2. d4, d5. 3. f3

And those are all of the variations of the Caro-Kann defense! Hope this helps you in any of your games!
