Week Report No 9

2100-2299 # 7 + 0-3=4
1900-2099 #12 + 6-3=3

<1700 #32 +30-2=0
The most important was the game against derveluche as black. This game decided about the first place in the group in 2nd Chess.com Tournament (1801-2000). I need a draw to ensure the first place (I won the game as white). It was a hard endgame, rook and two pawns against rook, bishop and pawn. At the end, it was a draw! I will submit the game with coments in the forum. It's interesting also, I think, to ilustrate a difference between human and program's thought! (See my article Philosophy about Chess, Computers and God)
The new tournament started this week: 3rd Chess.com Tournament (2001-2200). I am in the group No 1, with only 4 participants. After five days, I won my first game, against bor as white! I prepared the news in 11th move, with a sacrifice of quality! I will submit this game in the forum too.
(I am good in tournaments: in three tournaments, I concluded 16 games - won 15, one draw!)
I lost the game against ironpony (2183) in a sharp tactical battle. He make no mistakes, and a conclusion is I was too sharp. Still, it was nice game!
I was prety good at Tactic Treiner. For a short time, my rating was >2300, but I concluded this week with 2237 points, rank #26. I will be better one day...
I continue to take part in the vote game The Human Mind Against the Compute, on human's side. We are white, and we are waiting for the 12th move of our oponents. We are going to win, of course! And I also joined the vote game Calculation vs. Intuition, on the "intuition" side! We just started.
