Artur Yusupov - Build up your chess 1 - Self Challenge

I am receiving this book next week. I will challenge myself to finish the  book before end of November. I currently have a chessa rating around 1300, but have played around 1500 at some stage. I am hoping to built my chess up to the best level possible with some hard work.
