Stream Format
Lately I have not been streaming much, since I took the decision not to stream my classical games any more. If I explain all moves and plans and people can follow the stream, you know, it becomes a bit more difficult to win, especially if I say what are good moves for them and I am right!
I would like to stream game analyses, but it also take quite some time that I often devote to games instead. Playing 45|45 or 60 minute games takes quite some time and usually after I cannot do an analysis, and sure not on a hurry!
What format do you think would work better? Should I still stream the puzzle training before the game, even if it could last 30 minutes or less? I am usually content for a warm up if I can do more than 20 in a survival puzzle rush, probably the number will go up when my rating gets higher. Should I do short analyses after the game? Should I stay online during the game and write instead my thoughts about the game instead of talking and share them afterwards? That would help with the analysis, at least, but writing consumes more time that talking and I already have time management issues. I mean, I manage not to lose on time, but it is always tight if I reach the endgame.
Should I stream when I seldom play rapid or blitz on my laptop?
Should I stop streaming, since I am only a beginner and in the end by streaming I simply keep track of the fact that I am still doing puzzles and playing my long games?
I will also find answers myself to the questions, since I cannot simply stream all my laptop trainings like before. That was easy, I did not have to think! If I trained on the laptop, I switched on obs and that was it!
I miss the feedback I get with streaming, so I would like to find a way to do it in a way that is useful from me and entertaining, instructing or you name it for the viewers.
For reference, my twitch channel... there must be still some videos around!
