Winning a chess arena: Part 2
Maxed: Hey everyone! ♙Tim: Remember me?? Maxed: Well, I hope. ♙Tim: Wait a minute... This is part 2? wow! Maxed: Yeah, today we'll be showing you how to win a chess arena, level 2.
♙Tim: We hope you learn something
Maxed: Okay Timmy, do you have any ideas?
♙Tim: My first idea is that you should have a lot of backups.
Maxed: What do you mean?
♙Tim: You should learn to attack, defend, and using all of your pieces.
Maxed: Nice tips, You should also practice every part of your game!
♙Tim: Well, if you do that a lot and also practice defending, attacking, and using all of your pieces, You might be able to beat Miguel, He is 1900 rated.
Maxed: Oh yeah! When you beat Miguel, you can be sure.
♙Tim: I think an idea is to look for forcing moves and play them unless your opponent has an escape route.
Maxed: Yeah, But you can calculate further a look if you have chances to make your position better or your opponent's position worse.
♙Tim: Okay, I have an idea, you should have confidence and courage for every move you make if you don't just try your best!
♙Tim: Like this:
♙Tim: In positions like this, you should gather your bravery and do something,
in the game, white went back and did not capture the knight:
Maxed: Good explanation, I have another idea, you should draw your attention to the whole board and try to put yourself in your opponent's thoughts, then you'll see the threats your opponent is making for you.
♙Tim: We are brainstorming ideas, when you are trying to win an arena, you should have something that we (Maxed and me) are supposed to have to post on this blog, stamina. In a chess arena, you're supposed to win many games to come to first place, but only if you have stamina. When you feel sleepy and lazy, just wake yourself up and keep hunting for moves, I know it is/might be hard, but guess what? You want to win the arena! Good luck!
Maxed: Yeah good luck on your arena!
Thank you- MaxedWarrior999 and ♙Tim
