
Attacking Chess #1: Eliminating a Key Defender
In this video series I will be focusing on attacking chess.. rawr! We will take a close look at attacking moves and ideas in an effort to add some attacking resources to our disposal.
This first video is based on a game, Djurhuus v Jelling (Copenhaagan 1996) found in the book Mating the Castled King by Danny Gormally. I present the insights from the book as well as additional commentary based on my own analysis and use of a computer engine. This is as exciting as chess gets! I hope you learn from it as I am.
