Intro to the Alekhine Defense Main Line

Welcome to this Intro of the Alekhine Defense (Main Line), a rather offbeat counterattacking opening, and definitely one worth looking at.  

1...Nf6! looks like a strange move allowing 2. e5 gaining space, but black has the idea to allow white to build a nice center and then attack it with pawns and piece play.  In this video we look at the first ten moves of the main line and discuss the ideas involved.
