Stacia Miniature #10: Qf2!?!?!?! (King's Gambit)

Here I present to you a wild boar of a blitz game that features the move Qf2!?!?!?! offering black the plan to invest tempos and get a pawn and a full rook for his trouble! But imbalances like this are not without consequence.  White receives brutal attacking chances that black must endure, but is this idea sound? Can we employ this in our actual tournament games?
