A update from me...

Greetings, everyone. Felix here, as always for the past 5 years.

So, as requested from several friends of mine, I will blog about my current status in chess, some past about me for newer friends/people who know me. There will be some FAQ about my life, some fun facts, my plans on chess.com regarding on my activity in future here, etc.

Who am I in real life?

Currently a 15, turning 16 (As of 1st of May, 2025) student, male, Chinese, migrated to New Zealand (But puts my flag as Australia because why not ) and a student of Auckland Grammar School here. I am not very good at English and Science, but got some good marks on Mathematics, Economics and Business Studies. Yes, I am currently heading a commerce career for future. My real name is Felix Yutong Li, as displayed on my profile.

What do I like?

I LOVE anime. Seriously, LOVE. I watch many different animes, including Solo Leveling, Blue Lock, One Piece, Attack on Titan, and MANY MORE. Gosh I can't list them all.

Aside from that, I enjoy playing Badminton too. Currently playing as a Reserve member for our Premier Badminton Team in my school.

I also enjoy music. Throughout my life, I have played Drums, Ukelele, Guitar, Bass, Piano, Euphonium, Tuba and a little bit of violin (though for like... 10 minutes?). I am currently an active Guitarist in our school's Rock Band, Tuba Player for a performance group of our school and a Pianist accompanist for a vocals group. I am also about to do LTCL, though currently a bit... umm... laggy. HAHAHA

2. A history of me on chess.com

So, here is a brief history:

March 25, 2020: I first registered my account in chess.com. I was playing in ChessKid and Lichess prior to this, and knew chess.com from ChessKid and a recommendation by one of my friend. So yes, I officially registered, with my first username then, Yutong3.

I'm aware and is sure that less than 1% friends of mine on chess.com (Who may be inactive now) knows this, so yeah, there you go~.

My rating by then averaged about 800-1000, and I remembered my puzzle rush in survival to be around 20. Yes, I was still 10-11 years old then, so not that good.

Then at around August 2020, I changed my username, by then you can only change username once. Which is the username I'm sure 70% of you know me as - MinecraftPro132.

This was my most active period, and arguably, my peak. I managed to hit some high ratings and broke my puzzle rush records again and again. I was hyper-active, and played chess soooo much - both irl and online.

I cannot remember what my avatar was, as I changed it so many times during this period LOL.

Then, at 2023, I came to my first year of high school in New Zealand, which is of course Auckland Grammar School. I then started going into a period of inactivity. I still checked back occasionally, but was inactive for months...

During 2024, I changed my username to Chi_Gi_Ri, which I think a few of you may know. Then early 2025 I renamed myself as Chigiri-Chi-Bomb.

At March 2025, I started becoming active again and played games again. However, now that another school term awaits me, I will expect to be inactive again, or at least not as active.

3. What's next for me?

My best answer is: semi-active to inactive in school terms, more active during holidays. My study is getting tougher, and free time is shortening. Hence, I would not be able to find much time here.

However, I am also motivated enough now to play chess again. Hence, it is concluded that I will most likely still be active, but limited. Expect me most often during weekends.
