I then saw a forcing variation avaliable due to his Queen move.
He didn't move his Queen to block however. He moved his rook and I didn't complete this variation correctly.
I blundered in the variation though with Ne4 instead of Ng4
I simply failed to see the correct Knight move in the game despite all the time I spent in calculation, which eventually lead me to a time constraint.
