The Start Of Your Great Adventure

Chess...It's Not Just a game, it's the game that you can never grow out of. Chess was Invented about one thousand and five hundred years ago, and its changed every year. In fact every day new moves are made.. Chess is a unique, its a game that trains you're brain. It can help you Learn, yes kids, school can help you with chess! Who knows, you might be the next State Champion or Grand Master. Everyone has a gift. What's you're gift? Perhaps its sports, or maybe video games? Wait, I made a typo "gift" I meant Gifts. we have so many gifts, you might not see it now, but you will see it later. Chess has opened my eyes of how well I can focus, and how I can! I've struggled sometimes with focusing on one task, but I've started to learn how to go in a flow state, (to push everything away and focus on one thing at hand.) Its like building blocks, if they fall you scoot the rest away and start again!  That's flow state. There's different kind of flow states. Mine is if I listen to music I can focus so well, maybe you already know  how to go into flow state. Chess also requires patience. A great way to practice this is when you're at school! Eight hours of trying to be patient, takes a lot of practice, Trust me,  I know you're pain, I've spent 12-14 hours in tournament's. Yes, I've spent too much time on this site, joking. Anyways, I've told you 2 things to help you improve at chess. As I continue I want you to think, about how you can improve my knowledge, that I'm sharing with you. That's what makes chess so great! Each new grandmaster becomes smarter then the last one. Anyways that's it, now its your turn, go out and explore the wonderful World of chess!!
