Spaghetti Bognolesa Recipe:
Ingredients:
Onion1/2
Minced meat300 g
Garlic1
Salt To taste
Olive oil
Amount needed:
Tomatoes 6
Parmesan cheese to taste
Bay leaf to taste
Spaghetti 300 g
Black pepper to taste
Basil to taste

Recipe Preparation:
To begin, boil water in a large deep pot. Add salt and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 7 to 11 minutes or until al dente (soft on the outside and firm on the inside). Drain.
Finely chop the garlic and onion. Sauté the onion and garlic in a little olive oil for a couple of minutes until it becomes a little transparent. Add the ground beef, stir well with a shovel and continue cooking until it no longer looks pink. Add the diced tomatoes without skin, season with salt and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add some bay leaves and basil.
Place the pasta on two plates. Cover each one with the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
