Iam stuck at 700 elo

iam stauck at 700 elo i cant go better than that it has been moths every since i got to 700 elo if anyone has suggestions pls msg me privately. so it was easy for me to get to 200 to 300 to 400 to 500 to 600 to 700, i was able to get 100 elo every month but after reaching 700 iam stuck. pls give suggestions for me.
