This is my blog where I will be posting analysis for my games in the 2021 Daily Chess Championship. 

For those of you who do not know, the 2021 Daily Chess Championship is a tournament that started on the first of January and currently has over 16,000 players competing for first place! In each round, there will be groups of twelve players, and each player plays a total of 22 games that round, two against each of the 11 others competing in the group. The player with the most points after all the games have been completed will advance to the next round. 

I will be posting an analysis of each game I complete as it finishes. As I write this, it is still day one. The games could last for any amount of time between a few hours and a couple of months.

I am a big fan of analysis and a very competitive player, so chess is the perfect hobby for me! I mostly play for fun without lessons. My daily rating is currently between 1500 and 1600, although it has been on the rise for the past month(I finally stopped losing a bunch of games on time every month!!). This blog is covering my pairings in the 2021 Daily Chess Championship.
